We used regular mini lights and zip-tied them to chicken wire that was stretched out on a 2x2 from, we are building a different one this year using 1/4" steel round stock, and rope lights like the big face, it lasts longer looks cleaner and stores better, if you have further questions - soilhead13@aol.com
