How To Quit Smoking Cigarettes (How I personally quit Smoking)

i've tried to quit probly 100-150 times(that's not an exaceration, i've literally tried to quit over 100 times),and i can never do it.i usually can't even make it past a full day without lighting up.the longest i've went is 8 days without smoking in the last 3 years. idk, i'm gonna try and quit tomorrow, i just got to put my mind to it, and no matter how bad i crave one, i just can't light one up.

im only 16 have been smoking for about 2 years now and hate it, i did with friends but now i wish i never started quitting is one of the hardest things ever and it doesnt help when all your friends and family smoke as well. ciggies are $20 a pack here (australia) and no way i could afford hypnotherapy. any other strategies or suggestions would be great. i want to quit because i dont want to die at an early age like i know some people have my uncle died at 33 from smoking.

@OzNinja81 ...yes the best thing you have going for you is your age and the amount of time you've been smoking. Trust me QUIT NOW! Coming from someone who started smoking at your age.. its not that hard to quit for how little time you have been smoking. Im now smoke free for over two years now and I have lost about 25 lbs and Im also a raw foodist now. I never thought I would say this but it smells REALLY BAD and it makes you feel like crap. anyways, Good luck to you=)
