I have a 2003 Optima, it has 170,000 miles and still runs like a top. My mechanic says I will get over 200k no problem! Didn't do the front brakes until 96k, rears at 106k. Has gone thru 2 timing belts, still has the original clutch and the 2.4l. 4 cylinder.
I had a 1997 Kia Mentor. Loved it. Sold it recently with well over 200,000kms! Was still driving like new! Only sold it cause I found a very tidy MY99 WRX. Bought a 2005 Kia Cerato for my mum also and have no problems swapping cars with her. There is NOTHING wrong with a Kia.
well we are a die hard kia family here first bought one in 2003 it was a rio low price but dang that thing was a hunk of junk we now own a 2004 optima it now has 110,000 miles on it just cannot seem to kill that dang car it even has the orignal timing belt on it to boot i would say i am satisfied as far as quality but service is lacking big time they don't keep to the warranty one bit because of that we no longer invest in any new kias good video
Let me tell all you Kia haters something. I was a die hard Chevy man. That is, until I bought a Kia. Bought a 06 Spectra with 6 miles on it Aug.06 The car now has just over 58,000 miles on it and the only things I have had to replace are the tires, (Goodyear junk at 30,000 miles) set my car on some RWL BF Goodrich radial TAs,the wiper blades, and 1 headlight. Car has given me no problems ever. In fact just last week I thought it be time for brake pads. Over 50% still remaining. No Chevy for me.
yeah thats bullshit i dont belive that you should have taken a pic of that if you did then i would belive you 625.000 on a kia come on lets be for real how much did they give you for the car 20 bucks?
Wow, I never actually thought of that. I got 4,000 dollars for it. I got only 2000 for my Toyota with 250000 miles on it. Kia is really underrated. Kias are great cars, and assholes with their heads in the sand don't realize that.
wow i have only 27,000 miles and doesnt get good gas mileage at all

Was it still running....? good..?

@aaidenkardashian
Transmission was shifting hard, gas mileage was starting to decay. But, started up first shot everytime, and sounded good still.
