The only really effects were the flashing squares with zuko and then the multiple squares with the kid in the earth kingdom tank. The majority of it was editing to the beat of the music. Also when Aang wakes up and that old guy opens his glowing eyes there was an earthquake effect used. The programs I use are iMovie('08 version) and iMovie HD(the older version. i really want to get Final Cut Pro and Motion which will have way more advanced effects.
