Much appreciated. I am trying to get back into the swing. I haven't been tro the gym for 3 years! And I was interviewing trainers and not having much luck. But after seeing this, I realize I can likely do most of this on my own or with a work-out buddy! Thanks for the tips!
no problem. a personal trainer is all well and fine to have, but honestly they are a wast of money. with technology like the internet out there, you can find out watever you need to know as far as HOW you lose weight and HOW to work out, etc. i would recommend getting you a couple of buddies for company and moral support and work out together. make an activity of it. Have FUN!!
I have been a vegan since my sophomore year (i'm a senior now). I really think vegetarianism (with the prospect of veganism) coupled with exercise is the best way to go. I found that going cold turkey with diet change worked for me, baby steps are fine also. Eat what you want, just increase your fruit/vegetable intake. Go crazy with water also, at least a 1.5 liter a day.
lol! an english major, i am NOT!! sorry! but thanks! im not completely sure on all the exacts of veganism. im gonna definitely do some research. and im totally covered on the water thing. i know that you should drink alot. its just a matter of doing it. lol! thanks for the advise!!
