  • oxization? lol

  • nothing pro about that.

  • is that wrx top mount intercooler?

    Thats pretty cool.

  • this is the first movie I see that jumps from 360p to 1080p :))

  • THAT'S A BAD REPAIR......

  • What does a ASE certified mechanic have to do with paint chip repair??

  • Eg using t Cut at the end is of course after flattening with fine wet and dry as he mentiions in the video !!

  • Nice easy guide to repairing scratches, paint chips. Unlike other videos it uses easy to find products , most of the other videos are mainly just sales pitches, trying to sell their own paint chip and scratch repair kits. I would suggest as a last step, when the paint is fully hardened then polish and smooth the paint by using products like , T Cut , or even brasso etc , just something to get that nice final polish and flattening effect !!

  • oxization??? wth is that?

  • @4ssteroid

He means that the metal will get rusty ..by means of the oxygen in the air attacking the bare unprotected mild steel metal, its called ........ oxidation .

  • you can tell by the way he shakes when he holds the model that he spends most of his time inhaling paint.

  • that is shit!

  • polishing compound = wax?

  • @benkenser NO.

  • Cavalier Turbo with air ride, holy shit, that sounds so bad ass and intimidating.

  • @AlvaroMoraisBR HAAHA

  • what kind of RETARD puts the time and money into turbocharging and adding air ride to a j-body cavalier?

  • What a terrible repair!

  • @GlobalGLader Its good enough to protect the paint and not be noticeable from 5 feet away. Total cost around 12$ with this method

  • @GlobalGLader this guy is obviously in search of perfection! LOL

  • lmfao nice cavalier ..

  • weird spot for an intercooler

  • someone put an air suspension and a turbo charger in a.... chevy cavalier!?!?!??!

  • @amargolis21 I know, coulda at least been a GTI;-)

  • @amargolis21 MY same thought hahahahaha what a hill bill

  • @amargolis21 my thoughts too.

  • @amargolis21 same as Corvette, just smaller. LOL

  • haha this guy is great

  • should have put on a thick layer of clear overtop, shaved it with a razor, then some 2000 grit wet, 3000 grit wet and then some spot finishing compound, would have looked alot better because the chip would have been filled in completely.

  • Lol I Just Heard The Phrase "Dusty Fart" And I Wanted To Use It. Lol Think About It, Its DUSTY & IT SMELLS. Its Awesome ^_^

  • Lol Shut Up U Dusty Old Fart

  • turbo'd cavalier....niiiice lol

  • what items did you guys use? i have a paint chip on my guitar, it's not metal, it's wood, but i would love to know the products you've used and where to get it

  • you can use poxy, its a kind of bondo but is for furniture, you can easy find it on homedepot, afther you apply it to the bad spot let it dry then use color markers to find the right color ,afther that find neil polish on clear color and apply 2 coats ,but first let the first cout to dry first before your apply the 2nd,i hope you fix your problem.

  • @outletbroker it does sound to me as if you know your stuff quite well!

may i ask what you suggest to be the final steps, are they the same as this post, like wet sand and buff?? thanks mate

  • look, its simple you have to let it dry for 24hrs first.if you can feel in your fingertips like a little bump wet sand joust alittle only if the paint its original factory if not joust use ruber compound with a buffer machine and do it from side to side on top of the scratch,i hope this will help you.
