@CodenameWolverine117 although the clone troopers had there DNA tampered to be more obedient there were a small batch of clones that were not altered. these troopers were ARC troopers and they were put in commanding positions because they could think for themselves. Also note that many clones were selected to become ARC troopers despite there altered DNA because they showed more free thinking then the rest. note that commander Cody isn't an ARC trooper although he does display those criteria.

The Stormtroopers in the later years who fought against Luke Skywalker and his buddies were NOT Clone Troopers. They were hired hands. The Clones aged really fast and got discarded over the years by the evil  Palpatine. If he kept them, the Rebel Alliance would have lost. They couldn't find Clone Troopers disciplined ruthlessness. No way could they win against Commander Cody and the boys.

Alot of the storm troopers after Ep3 where also clones, but of different people. Since...Some of the clones that didnt follow the Emperor and the ones remaining on Kamino betrayed the newly founded Empire. So different batches where added to prevent a wide scale clone rebellion.

Also some storm troopers were probably "Hired hands" too..But the majority were still clones...but not the ones who fought in the Clone Wars.

Not exactly. Kaminoan clones were only a small part of imperial army. After the War Kaminoans made clones no longer. They where oposite to imperials and they even made a group of anti-imperial clones. They where hovever completly crushed due to the overwhelming size of imperial army.
