My reply is two-part because of the Youtube limitations..
- If you want WSAM on WM, then get WSAM enabled for the Role users are using. When they log into the SSL VPN web portal now, click on WSAM and it will install, do a one-time reboot, then after you can launch from the menu or web portal.
- HC on WM - Get HC enabled and configured for some enforcement - do this at the Realm level and when WM users log in, they will get HC delivered.
- ActiveSync - This is for iPhone or WM or Nokia - Configure a Sign-in Policy of the "Authorization Only" type. Map a hostname on the outside to the internal Exchange service. Now have the mobile device point ActiveSync to the hostname you defined. You can even use a separate VIP on the Interface if need be, such as for a different SSL certificate (like if you don't have or can't use a wildcard cert).
There's a ton more in the Admin Guide! I hope this helps!!
If anyone wants to use AcmeGizmo, please contact a Juniper Partner or Account rep. You are welcome to get your own AcmeGizmo account. I would prefer if you not use the 'bugs' or other internal accounts, but I am not blocking anyone from using them if they know the password. It is quite alright.
Your SA Role may not have WSAM enabled. In the Admin UI, it is enabled by checking the box and configuring which applications or hosts you want WSAM to tunnel traffic for. Then, as a user, when you log in, you will have a button to launch WSAM or the Role settings can make WSAM auto-launch. If it is not there, check the Admin configuration or if you are not the Administrator, check with your IT team and they can look into this and possibly enable it for you.
I Love this Video and also I checked out your Channel. Very interesting! If you need any help getting this Video and your Channel exposed to were it is top in all the search I found this site called tubeviews.(net) that has took my breath away. I'm working on my 4th Channel now, this one I just made. My Videos are getting so many hits now. Check it out and keep in touch.
It is built into the Juniper SSL VPN. Just enable it for a set of users' roles, and then when they login to the web portal from their WM PocketIE client, they will see a button to "Start" WSAM. Click that button and it will be installed automagically.
Does WSAM have the same functionalities as the desktop SSL VPN? Thanks a lot.

Your IT team may not have enabled WSAM for your Role. Ask them about it and let them know about this option on the SA.

Yes, iPod Touch is also supported in this manner, provided you have WiFi enabled (as there is no GSM/Edge/3G packet radio on iPod Touch).

Any idea if I could connect to my university's VPN wireless network with an iPod Touch?
