boxing: 2-3 minute rounds/12 rounds = 24-36 minutes of fighting + 12 minute break.

MMA: 5 minute rounds/5 rounds= 25 minutes of fighting + 3 minute break

there isn't much difference in cardio, mma guys have to fight for longer rounds with less breaks, but its almost the same, these guys are dum. comparing MMA to boxing is like comparing mma to brazilian jui jitsu.
