  • Man upload it anyway. I love your video's!

  • Damn even the comments are nice. this guys is the YOUTUBE whisperer... :)

  • OMG this is somehow addictive. You can't turn him off, you want to but something stops you and makes you continue to listen. Strange... ????

  • it cost me 30 bucks and a hour of my time to replace my chain...

    its easy man!

  • Hey man.... you need to start doing some of the routine maintenance stuff on your bike yourself. Simple things like chain adjustments, chain cleaning and lubing, oil changes, brake pads, etc are really easy to do yourself. If your chain keeps getting loose, you might not be lubing it enough or maybe you're lubing it wrong. Even if you live in an apartment, you can still do this sorta stuff in the parking lot on your bike. You'll save like $100 a month by doing this stuff yourself.

  • Wow... that's 7:24 I'll never get back...

  • Knock the bitch out.

  • you realy cant change a chain or tighten it yourself , im 16 and can do it on my bike ,,look on you tube there will be a tutorial or something ,its not hard and youl save some money

  • only 8 dollars............. thats fucking to much

  • stop being a soft cock, it took me just 10 mins to replace my chain with just a few simple tool's hammer, chisel, spanner etc plus i shortened it myself too....

  • mechanics are the biggest con artists in the world! I got quoted 1600 dollars on one valve change! i took it back and I am doing it myself. Motorcycle mechanics are even worse. Dont keep these people in business, learn how to do it yourself.

  • 100 n hour? fuck that. no way not 600

  • umm... google How to adjust motorcycle chain. Call it a digital investment. Or look on youtube. Either way if you paid that you deserved to be ripped off. Not knocking on you just sayin, nice vids so far.

  • LOL i wish i was several retarded like more than me are already is

  • Amazing how ANYBODY would charge 150$ to adjust your chain , it literally takes 5 minutes on most bikes and costs nothing to do .. $10 is the most you should be charged ...

A labour for a chain replacement should be nowhere near 500$ that is crazy , i would say 50$ labour at the most + chain costs ...

  • you are a good man. thanks for sharing. i also recommend learning the skill and DIY on your bike.

  • what kind of bike do u got because im wantin to buy one ? can any body help me to find a good bike

  • mine was slapping around and i just pulled the tirer back

  • same story all around the world :-) Regards from Germany!

  • What's up bro, I see all kinds of messed up stuff while riding, people are so inconsiderate and oblivious to their surrounds. Sad really but I was curious as to how u have your setup to record your vids, like how u have the cam setup in your helmet?

  • @weezyfbaby080 I velcrod in a kodak v570 into my helmet. I have a video of it in my collection called "helmet cam setup" if you want to check it out.

  • How do or did you become a "youtube partner" and how does that work?

  • My guy down here in fl would do both the chain, rear sprocket, and front for 250 thats with labor, and should take no more then 30 min

  • DO IT YOURSELF YOU LAZY TARD

  • just buy the cain and do it yourself its easy as hell.

  • I was hoping your chain would snap off or something in the video, thanks for wasting 7 mins of my time.

  • epic anti climax

  • you fool

  • Park your bike, stay at home and talk to yourself - stop boring others !

  • so why were you touching her hood?

  • You take your bike to the shop to get the chain tightened? Man, you can do that with the tools under your seat in like 20 minutes. Do you even know how to put fuel in the tank or do you have to pay someone to do that too?

  • @XirexWolf this guy is a total faggot he is talking utter bullshit and im sure this is illegal if talking on a phone is im sure talking to a camera is flagged video for child abuse and reported channel everyone do the same :D

  • @ImaFookinRacistYayyy wow, i think you need help man, I actually feel very bad for how angry you are :( Get well soon dude!

  • @Nygel36 nope but how about pay attention on the roads instead of talking to your camera there is a reason u cant do those things because will cause crashes i lost a close friend in a car accident and its dickheads like you that cause them by doing pointless videos about needing a new chain go and tell your friends nobody gives a fuck

  • @ImaFookinRacistYayyy apparently 44,448 people give a fuck, and everytime you come back to talk shit to me, your just making me that much more money since this video has revenue sharing... so thanks for that buddy!!

  • @Nygel36 well im glad u earned your 0.00000000000000001pence of me

  • dude...i dunno where you live or what shops you go to..but here in southern california...i pay 24 bucks for a tightening (sometimes free when i go to my regular place) and it was less than 200 to replace my chain...and that included labor.

  • dude why are u guys hatting on him cuz he appreciates people

  • learn to replace the chain yourself

  • if this asshole dont die im going to hunt him down and shove my cock down his throat.

  • im a Mechanic and i can replace a chain adn sprokets within an hour and a half and costs around 200 euro's Greets from holland

  • are u a ratard??????????????????? and almost all the fuckers giving you advice are too..... a new o-ring top of the line chain cost me $80.00 flat, to fix it....... priceless. you have got to be an idiot if you don't figure out how to work on your own bike. i have three of these things that i used for stunt bikes that i have custom rebuilt completely with no classroom experience, not hatin dude just sayin, grab some tools, and an owners manuel, and go to town.

  • are u a ratard???????????????????

  • man i love your videos, dont know why. sad story btw

  • Haha I wonder what people think if they can hear you talking at stop lights...

  • Haha I wonder what people think if they can hear you talking at stop lights and shit.

  • dude get your chain replaced ! so dangerous man . find a garage thats small and owned by someone who is a true biker . youll get a better job done and they wont rip you off ! a chain and sproket is around 100 english pounds and its around an hour labour so about 135 pounds max !

  • i payed £80 british sterling for a new chain and sprocket for yamaha yzf

  • i don't know if you discussed this already... but do you brake with the motor? well if you do... DON'T that's the worst thing the chain can endure. Anyway is overpriced like shit you need to know a repair guy to get it done for free and just buy the chain.

  • Do you get strange looks from people that think you are crazy and talking to yourself while your riding?..cuz im getting a go-pro and will probably start makin riding vids...lol

  • Yeah, NEVER got to a bike dealer or anywhere official. I got to a Bike Breaker, who works for like $30 max an hour, and is like hidden away in the docks, EVERY biker in town goes to him, always has work, unlike the official dealer, who do the occasional Warranty job. If I bought my own Sprocket and Chain it'll be up to $100, and he would do it for like $30, if he got it ya, probably be some used part of an old bike, but better than yours and charge like $80 all in.

    Gotta find yourself one

  • You may have already taken care of it, but I buy everything from sprocket specialists. You can order everything online. They'll save you quite a bit of money over a shop. Find a friend with some basic tools and some motorcycle knowledge (you also need to buy the beer) Total cost should be between 250.00 - 275.00

  • Hey Bud,

thanks for the vid, rather check eBay buddy... you dont realize what advantage you folks are in! we okes stuck in the F@cked-up countries dont have access to anything cheap! so I find stuff on eBay, I still end up paying more for the shipping than for the item itself but its still half the price they charge us here... and dude! do not let a dealer work on your bike, they eat and shit just like you! Youtube is the key! BTW what cam are you using and what lid? good quality sound. Cheers!

  • Lol I really like this video! The good comments you make. "maybe all of you that are thinking maybe I should buy a buy to save on gas..." I ride a ZX6R :) TWO FINGER SALUTE

  • i almost gave u a thumbs down , but i stuck w/ ur video n like it a lot . Did u upload the video of that "sad story " ? ur a great commentator . What type of cam set up do u have ?

    ok , tschuss

  • i would have pulled the bitch out of the suv a beat the shit out of her..... i dont hit girls but i can make an exception for the problem.......

  • just do it yourself

  • The mechanics are pulling YOUR chain, buy the chain and sprockets and DIY, do it before you get fired up the road!.

  • how many cc is that???? and how many miles you travel bro lol caz my Liter bike cost like 10 bux and it does like 150mils or soo lol

  • you get paid to have people view your video? that's awesome! time to start making my own vids :D

  • dude buy a fuckin wrench and tighten ur chain yourself i did it and i have gone over 150mph on it so its aligned great it only takes like 3mins max

  • If you can't re-tension a chain and replace it, you deserve to be ripped off by taking it to a garage. The idea of that is completely alien to me. Why would you pay someone else money to do something really really simple for you :S

  • Dude...SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i got a question how much money you made already?

  • pathetic!

  • How are you shooting this video ? . .what are you using ? nice video !

  • Comment removed

  • my brother is handicapped like that and if i ever saw her doing that i would have ripped trhe bich out of her car and shoved her phone up her ass!!!

  • getting your chain tightened should be a 10-15 min job, by your self!!!! basic tools and basic knowledge is needed...and if you dont want to do the job then pay up or shut up!!!

  • 12mm wrench + 16mm wrench + 24mm socket and rachet = no loose chain for U

  • hey man so your def getting ripped off getting your chain tightened. Sorry to hear that. But about the chain being replaced, It should be about 2 hrs of work and here in Ga shops go around $60-$80 per hr. Personally i do it my self. You could get a really cheap stand from Harbor Freight and it works amazingly. Only cost me $36 and they have a chain tool for around $10. Im not sure what bike you have but my 03 Honda 919 cost $135 shipped for both sprockets and chain. Goodluck man.

  • 3:10 "WTF MAN!!!" HAHAHAHAH LOL!!! ROFL!!

  • wanker id choke him with the chain just to shut the bollox up boring zzzzz...........

  • @Thomasfoy1 As a youtube partner, i thank you for making me money by watching this boring video that you obviously were forced to. Now go play in traffic :)

  • @Nygel36 how do u get money off of youtube please reply

  • @Nygel36 you legend, as the say, the hatters bring you papers.

  • you americans are so used to your monotony that when something extraordinary happens you freak out. fags.

  • Re 3:12 ... Technically, if they do work u didn't authorized, ur not obligated to pay for that work. But, in the real world, the world full of fuckin assholes, they could just hold your bike hostage and not give u the keys, which means u'd have to call the cops.

  • What in the hell does starving in a 3rd world country have to do with driving around town with a loose motorcycle chain? That is a retarded analogy.

  • Sad story? Dude what world do you live in that that makes you so upset? When I was 15 I saw children dying of cancer nearly every day at the clinic I was treated. Infants with Leukemia, teenagers with bad bone marrow transplants, and toddlers who have no idea why their organs are failing. People are starving in filth and sickness particularly in the third world. Maybe instead of bitching about little things you could actually do something about it--try volunteering or donating.

  • @ainulindale27 coolstorybro, now go make a video about it.

  • @ainulindale27 what the fuck are u even talking about u retard omg by a life lmao

  • @ainulindale27 go winge to some one who cares

  • @ainulindale27 dude shut the fuck up...if you cant handle the heat stay up out the kitchen you fuck

  • this is way to funny lol

  • i just put a gold d.i.d gold chain on my bike i got a good deal through a friend on the chain for 75 dollars took it to the shop to put it on it took 35 mins to put it on 40 dollars. your video are very funny when you are telling stories while riding. please post the video of you yelling in the helmet

  • buy some tools and fix it your self 300 plus you keep the tools for other jobs

  • your chain was probably shot from you learning clutch wheelies

  • americans cry too much , get tough , buy and fit your own chain , get a life .

  • no where near 500 maybe with albor included, 150 in parts and your time, probably 3 to 4 hours for a first timer. very straight forward. after new parts you will notice a verynew smothness to your ride, let me know if you need more guidance!

  • Tbh if your sprockets arent that bad all you need is a wrench and some sockets less than 100 bucks in tools idk how much sprockets are for street bikes anyway goodluck

  • No labour costs, do it urself. N u gotta change sprokets wen u change chain or there no point. It's bout £120 for the full set. Chain f sproket n r sproket. Buy a haynes manual n spend sumtime with ur bike

  • I got the sproket kit and labor for like $300?

  • ...run the new chain over the sprockets, rivet the master link. Use the rear brake to hold the front sprocket still while you tighten the nut. STAKE the NUT! Adjust chain slack, ride around the block a few times, re-torque rear sprocket nuts. Make sure to keep that new chain well lubricated so it'll last a long time, and you won't have to do this but every 20,000 miles. Make sure to torque all the fasteners correctly. Good luck, ride safe.

  • To change out your chain/sprockets, you'll need a set of sockets (make sure you have one big enough for the rear axle), and a chain riveter/breaker, and probably a haynes or clymer manual. Put the bike on its center stand, remove front sprocket cover, put bike in neutral. Apply rear brake to hold front sprocket still while you loosen the nut. Then break/cut the old chain, remove. Remove the front sprocket. Remove the rear wheel and sprocket. Put new sprockets on, put wheel back on...

  • Chains usually take about 30 minutes to an hour to switch and cost about 70 to 120 bucks. Dont let them rip you off. Some bike shops will even let you rent the rivet tool.

  • its not too bad to change, but i bought ab O ring chain for my bike, cost $100 i was like wtf? cuz the regular ones are like 25 give or take like 10 bucks but its way worth it

  • It can't be too hard to replace a chain and sprockets

  • its not sad,its funny... just tight it up m8

  • it only sakes 15-30 min. to replace a chain .

  • bu -loney.

Gs500 for 17 dollors and it only took them 30 minutes plus a free bath at a dealer.

buuut chain replacment and labor will total me to 350 at most. im researching how to do it myself.

  • "it wasnt like downs or anything" lol

  • dont pay a penny i do all my own work one of the many perks of being a mechanic

  • Isn't this Florida?

  • He's riding down Beretania (headed Ewa) in Honolulu.

  • @mokuloa

I agree, I am gay and eat human brains. Its ok to do so because it's my religion

  • Fuck that lady, and fuck shitty repair places too.

Excuse my sailor mouth, it's good to see an upstanding bike rider. I love my bike.

Good luck with your chain, and that lady can go to hell.

  • Oh, dont be afraid to clean it with some kero and then take it for a short run to warm it up before oiling it.

These days i use a Scottoiler, and my chain and sprockets have about 15000km (~10000mi) and havent needed adjusting yet. At around $200 for the scottoiler, it saves you heaps.

  • Hey Nygel.

Without reading 95 comments, im wagering that given you took 2 months to go through a tank of juice (it takes me like... 2 days), you probably dont do much chain maintenance? Except for getting it adjusted...

Normal riding you need to lube your chain every 300km, more often if possible. But remember if you are doing 5km a day to work and back, you should at least weekly lube it!

That should stop it crapping out after the adjustment each time?

  • Should do it yourself. Get good quality tools, spend the extra money at the start, it'll pay off in the long run, end up saving you thousands of dollars in your life time. And good fun pulling things apart on a lazy Sunday arvo.

  • 50 bucks for a decent chain and do it yourself. Not hard.

  • i changed my own chain and sprockets, took me about an hour... The chain and sprockets cost me £40 (probably around 70-80 dollars i think).

  • a drive chain replacement is .5 / h.

    chain and sprockets(both) is 1/h

i go to a shop that has a labor rate of 85/h

so chain change, adjust and lube is 42.50

chain and both sprockets change adjust and lube is 85

  • I'd be pissed and smacked her car as I pass her lol

  • You'd go to prison for 25 to life because he was trying to take up less space in traffic? Yeah right. You may say big words in your Prius to yourself but you probably wouldn't ever do anything.

  • the chain and both sprockets are about 300 for great quality parts...to do it yourself you need bie stand, a chain breaker and rivet tool (the same thing), and a torque wrench w/ other small sockets and wrenchs. total time is about an hour to do it yourself. total cost for all parts and tools is 500 but you keep the tools and stuff so it's worth it.

  • hey there scream - Finally after 22k views on this video I finally get an intelligent response!! Unfortunately for me I didnt have any room to have such tools whatsoever living in the city like that, which is why I had to take it to a shop. Im amazed at how many people just say "you iditot all you need a wrench and you are fine" Thanks buddy and ride safe!

  • no problem, i harrass the dumbasses too but only if they deserve it, you asked for help so i tried. all in all it should take about 6 tools plus the bike stand. i just stick mine in the bac of my closet

  • very easy to change your chain just watch what you take off and then just put it all back together... i just did it on my r1 replaced sprockets to an still was easy

  • Chains are 30 bucks but has no break in the links and everything has to be pulled off, tooo much work, just spend the 130 on a good chain it takes 15 minutes to replace they Just link it to the old chain and pull it through, it's not easy so don't try it your self, you need the right tools or it will break off and then cost about 800 to fix all sorts of crap

  • hey sry bout your chain...

and by the way that lady's a bitch!

  • if you can't do it yourself suck it up

  • OMG CHAIN = 30$ 5-6MIN JOB

  • hahaha bull shit. i wish cahins cost 30$ try like 130 lol

  • they really aren't that bad man, chains arent to expensive if you get a deace one then ya it will be like 130 bucks

  • lol i kno i dont know where people are coming from woth chains being 30 dollars

  • thats y i hate ppl fixing my bike

  • dude it's like a 5min job to replace a chain yourself

  • Comment removed

  • get a master link chain kit and do it yourself

  • wow fuck that, the only thing I won't do myself is brakes. I don't trust myself with that, screwing with the plugs/valves sure...but no brakes.

  • Yea dude don't ever take your bike to the dealers. More often then than not, even with no experience whatsoever, you will be able to perform a MUCH better job yourself! That's IF the idiots at the dealers even do the job at all, which they WON'T if they can get away with it! Not to mention that they will fuck up your bike half the time, and then deny it, and/or blame it on you. Fuck the dealers, seriously! That's why I started doing all my own maintenance!

  • Sounds like the shop saw you coming and ripped you. Replace the chain yourself...its not that hard. The chain on my harley takes 10 minutes to change

  • your harley should only have a belt, not a chain.

  • You must not be into Harley's. Id say 99% of them until 1985 had chain primary and final drives...

  • harleys are shit. That's why im notinto them.

  • you're too nice to be riding a bike dude - lol

  • its prop the most simple thing to fix on a bike

    lol

  • uh..and i watched the whole thing in hope there comes a crash D:

  • why would you hope for someone to crash

  • HAHAHA i found it funny when he says, "soo if ur wondering if u should buy a bike, then there u goo...its cheap!"

HAHA after he talks about the chain and shit..."this thing is soo fucking exspencive!" HAHAHAH funny!:P

  • Buy the chain, count the links, take off the ones you don't need, and put it on yourself man, if this ever happens again. I did it all by myself, and I'm 14. And I'm not trying to sound like a douche man. It'll save yah a ton.

  • okay douchebag

  • Hah, that comment didn't require your nonsense reply.

  • shut the fuck up

  • No. (: Here we go with the YouTube jagoffs. Thinking they're all hard and shit, but in the real world are probably pussies.

  • wow get some bike stands and do it yourself!!!

  • 2-3 hours? thats crazy talk i can change front and rearsprokets and a new chain in like half hour .

  • Why don't you change the chain? It is simple. Sprockets are ok; just pop the master link, hook the ends from new and old chain; pull it through and around the engine sprocket back to the rear wheel dump old chain and hookup ends of new one. Axle bolt loose and back off the adjusters; shove wheel forward before you start this. changing the sprockets are also easy. Pull sprocket cover; have some one stand on the rear break and flatten lock washer; remove sprocket nut the r/r item.

  • just so you know mechanics are not alloyed to do any work with out your expressed permission first, so if you agree to 150 and what needs to be done will go over that amount they HAVE to call you and get permission otherwise you do not have to pay the difference, this is the law...the only down side is you'd have to hire an attorney to help you sue the mechanic

  • About your sad story: Put the bike on side stand, open SUV, slap bitch up, step on f..ing cell phone, another punch in her face... sit back on bike, take off mirror while driving past.

Just standing there and watching is sad.

  • Didn't realize you were in Hawaii till you passed Hawaiian Rent All. I like those $10 sunglasses they have. It's nice to see shots of home.

  • It takes about 1 to 2 hours AT MOST!!!! for a competent mechanic to change chain and sprockets

  • lol my name is trevor too hehe

  • Maybe your sprockets are in bad shape and continuously damaging your chain adjustments. Change sprockets and chain in one go.

  • dude u should just learn how to adjust it your self.. is not hard at all..

  • I did adjust it 3 times.. which is why needed to be replaced as it was just too stretched out, and i didnt have the tools to put on a new chain+ sprocket kit.

  • This guy is riding down the street talking to himslef....

  • crf150rider - Im talking to you.. since you watched the video. Pretty simple to follow really.

  • u never talk to yourself?

  • You're talking about the chain to the rear sprocket right? Just buy a new one, and count the links on your old one. And make sure it's the same as the new one. Put it on. A chain is easy to put on. Do your work yourself, it helps a lot.

  • You are getting fucked. Its like 125 for a chain man. The fact that they charged you 250 makes me actually sick to my stomach.

  • it looks like katana 600 i got tow bikes for parts ,

  • yep, 95 katana 600

  • i got my RK XSO X ring chain for 125, they list for like 105 wholesale. got my dealer mechanic to put it on for like 15 bucks cause i don't have the rivet tool.

  • They legally cant charge youmore than 10% over wirten exstimate. ALSO if they don't have you sign any paperwork before they work on it, don't sign anything after & dont pay them for the bike, beacuse you didn't give writen consint to work on your bike, so work is free. (look it up) ...At least thats the way it is in america. Also if you buy the chain and sproket kit on ebay it will be cheaper than what they will charge, and its the same thing, and they will install it for you, just nowaranty

  • Is your life worth 6 hundred dollars. dont be foolish man. Get a new chain. you are playing with fire.

  • My life was worth $601.99 at the time I made this video, and I did swap out the chain a few weeks later becuase of that. Thanks for the concern brother :) Ride safe.

  • No worries man. you are welcome. i just wouldn't like to see someone get hurt or even killed. Cant afford to take chances with a bike man. Gotta make sure everything is safe.

  • your
