I bought! the DVD and I can't watch it cuz its all in GERMAN. i dont understand why they dont even have Subtitles in German, so what happens if I am death and i can't hear anything.. hu? well guess I can't even see it, wow so stupid, So now i have to wait till I know german well enough to see it

I saw this one with english subtitles last year at Montreal's world film festival. All my friends and I agree that it is a true story of friendship and hilarious to boot.

I watched this on a flight and it had English subtitles. Very very good film, wish i could find it to get somewhere.

@bergerdml Doesn't look like it, sorry. I thought they were going to put the English subtitles on the DVD but they didn't. So unless someone takes the time to make unofficial English subtitles it's not looking too good.

@samanthabangs I think you're looking for a different movie called "Friendship". This one is the german movie with Matthias Schweighöfer and Friedrich Mücke released in 2010. If I'm not mistaken you're looking for the Thai movie "Friendship: Theu kap chan" released in 2008. Sorry the title mislead you :)
