  • Great cover.

  • @dengatoman

    I'll do that

  • dope song

  • 2m8o-Tomato regardless weather you like it or not you still fell into it how does it feel to not be so beutiful?

  • JIMMI HENDRIX...WAS A NIGGAAAA!!!!! LMAAAOOOOOOOOOO

  • @TheMsShedevil no jimmi hendrix was a real person a black person NOT A FUKING NIGGER

  • @bRandOnwillkilu what about Jesus Christ and Grandma to? YOU NEVER SAID THEY WASN'T FUCKING NIGGERS!!!!!

  • @1percenterRebel AND WHO SAY THEY ARENT ! AEUHAE

  • Really? World of Warcraft clips? Seriously? Fuck...

  • That video game guy was gettin down, Travolta style.

  • For 8 years now Ive been a dedicated, black, rap fan. I've also spent most of my life in the "hood" and now am a college student (putting as much significance on superficial pretenses as possible). I've listened to about as much Rap as there is to listen to n now bored of it so I ventured to rock.

Rock's sound is foreign to me but once I began reading Marilyn's lyrics I became amazed. VERY seldom have I seen rap be so poetic AND real. I cannot convey how amazed I have been by this dude's music

  • @leezy2throwed you captured my feeelings exactly!! Manson as a lyricist is just amazing, many narrow minded people fail to see that.

  • @leezy2throwed rock on dude most people who listened to rap retty much all the time wont give rock a chance it really grinds my gears. rap just isnt what it use to be most of it is fake and stupid and fucking retared not to say u should not listen to it but ya know is what it is

  • @leezy2throwed you should check out the sex pistols, dead kennedys, Alice in chains, black flag, and im sure you've heard of nirvana from some other people. they're all great bands, and if you like Manson, you might like them too.

  • One of the grittiest, truest, and most awesome rock songs I've ever heard. I've heard em all, and I'm picky about music like an anorexic at a buffet. I forgot about about this shit for such a long time, and funny enough it just made it that much better to hear it again.

  • the song is good, but this video... once it got to the warcraft bit i facepalmed hard. if you're going to do something, at least do it right.

  • Too bad this mother fucker worked with Lady Gaga, now I support nothing he does and will only pirate his past works.. but with discretion. How are you outside of society when you're working closely with one of the top selling piece of shit artists of all time? YOU SUCK MAN YOU SELL OUT FUCKER!

  • @ZZLe4Ni Are you suggesting that she isn't successful BECAUSE of his stewardship? No musician makes music specifically to remain poor. I've been surprised by most of her music, since it's popular AND has lyrics that mean more than the bubblegum crap you hear on top 40 lately. Give the smart girl a hand up, man.

  • @brian1010011010

I jerk off every day to dolphin cocks, like I give a fuck about you.

  • @ZZLe4Ni Fair enough.

  • @brian1010011010

I didn't even know dolphins had penises until I looked it up after that insult. I think I insulted myself looking that shit up.

  • A lot of people think that Manson did this song first but it was actually Patti Smith. It's been covered by at least three or four other artists in addition to Manson and Smith. Marilyn Manson has always covered songs that have a message and this one is no exception. If you can get past the word n****** you will see that this song is not meant to be racist at all. It has a much larger message than simply just calling somebody a n*****. If you think that then you missed the message of the song.

  • "I FUCKING LOVE THIS SONG, AND ITS MESSAGE< w/ most people dont.,,,,,, Try Patty Smith.............

  • Most geniuses are highly misinterpreted. Mansons no different. I love MM. Black chic stating that MM can definately hit this

  • I love the messages in marilyn mansons music. And im not white or gothic. I don't think he's racist.

  • @910nakia I thought I was the only black person who listened to Marilyn Manson. We should exchange emails and talk.

  • well I interpreted "nigger" the same way this video's author did and i think it's the correct answer to y'all.

  • some people miss the entire message of the song, like someone else said "nigger" is a metaphor for an outcast or someone who is different. The songs about being judged and wanting to get away from society.

  • i sort of love this song.

  • im lawling at the guys who think the word nigger is referencing black people here.

  • Patti Smith wrote this song originally, and she used the word nigger as a term for 'outsider', so it's not meant to be racist.

  • I quite like this a lot more than I thought I would. The original still trumps, but this is pretty great.

  • @thatwoodelf AGREED! loljk I don't discriminate people because i'm not an ignorant asshole. (Before you make a comment saying i'm black. i'm white.)

  • I lost my hard on when I saw warcraft :(

  • @adeptusmagus me too man. the video looked cool, but then... warcraft ruined it

  • LEGGZ DEPLOID

  • manson has got so much shit for this song, even though he didn't write it, an he's not even racist, a funny story, manson had a gig an the cops showed up an told him he couldn't play this song, so manson got his bodyguard who's a big black dude to stand over him while the cop told him y he was there, imagine having to say u can't play rock 'n roll nigger, with a big black dude in the room, ne ways manson explained the song n its meaning an played it ne way

  • Thumbs up if you found this song in Lexer's Ownage video clip.

  • i am a whore and one nigger

  • The one place I never expected to see a fucking WoW clip. WTF does a Forsaken have to do with Niggers?

  • it's like this song was begging for him to sing it!

  • Comment removed

  • nigger means stupid. look in differnet dictionaries . english dicks. ha . oxford webster's and i forget the other one.

  • This song is a giant middle finger.

  • I could be wrong but I felt Patti Smith sang this song as more of an awarness. I have a problem with this version because it has such a strong implication of hate, which I don't feel she intended.

I kind of agree that white people shouldn't say the 'N' word, but I also believe that if black people hadn't carried on this word for so long, there wouldn't be such a converse discussion. The other option where Patti Smith (according to the liner notes for Easter) says, "the word must be redefined."

  • @HBuisty Patti Smith is brilliant and you're absolutely right- hence the line in her original- "those who have suffered understand suffering thereby extend their hand."

  • world of warcraft?

    fuck that shit

  • 0:00 - 0:21

That is why I listen to this video.

  • Lol, funny that no one mentions that this isn't Manson's song anyway.

  • HOW DO YOU LIKE

    THE WORLD AROUND

    YOU,BABY WAS A ROCK

    N ROLL NIGGER OUTSIDE

    OF SOCIETY

  • I love the World of Warcraft guy.

    How he was black.

  • this is about what it is, that bullshit you write around those lyrics cracks me up

  • manson can make a song about anything Lol

  • are all of the images supposed to be subliminal messages! lol

  • WoW's gay

  • wow lol!

  • OK PROBLEM>>>>>>>>> WOW AVATARS DANCING TO PUNK

  • idk why people are taking this song offensive. the term nigger is used for all the outcasts of the world not just black people, he even calls himself a nigger if you listen to the lyrics, whilst hes clearly white.

  • Outside of society!

  • hey lets talk about reverse sexism too while were at it

  • the black nail polish you Manson fans wear comes off with a little rubbing alcohol and some scrubbing

but black peoples skin stays black no matter how much scrubbing and bleaching cream they apply

  • most of the "white" kids that i knew growing up that listened to Marilyn Manson were the kinda kids that shopped at wal-mart and had happy mediocre middle class "white privileged" existence where the only bad or horrible thing that happened to them in their entire life is that grandma died during college

  • john lennon once said "woman is nigger"

  • i love the begining!!!

  • I was a Manson fan long before I was a Patti Smith fan...but let me tell you- He doesn't have shit on her.

  • @yancybutler I am sorry but i have to disagree....... Shes pretty good just not that good but i do like her :)

  • @yancybutler disagree 100% one thing to be loyal to the composer but another to be unrealistic. Go listen to Soundgardens "The Day I Tried To Live" and then listen to BTBAM's version, the latter do a superior job. Listen to Metallicas "Blackened" then BTBAM's version, the latter BLOW Metallica out of the fucking solar system with their cover.

  • baby was a black sheep, baby was a whore, baby got fucked, and baby want more!!!

  • Shit version. Original is better, this is kind of just annoying.

  • gay

  • If you had clearly read my last comment, I stated that I was assuming in my first sentence. And I meant ignorant to do with the poor opportunities given to minorities, not to do with an academic discipline. Also, I am never hesitant to stand up for what I believe in. If I'm the prototype of ignorance, then you must be the final product of it. BTW don't ASSume that I have a sad life. I have a very happy one and your condescending manner of speaking won't put me down. :)

  • Words are words. They're only offensive if you let them be.

Haven't you heard that saying "It's not what they call you, it's what you answer to"?

  • And I'm black woman myself. I've been a Manson fan since I was about 12, not to mention other awesome bands such as Deicide, Megadeth, Pantera to name a few. No way does this song offend me...because I have the common sense to know what the meaning behind the song is. Shame I can't say the same about certain other individuals wanting to use the overplayed "race/cry me a river of sympathy because I'm a fucking minority" card.

  • @morbypandy Since I assume you are talking about me, I will rebut. How do I not have common sense? There are many who feel the exact same way that I do. Also, I never played a "race/cry me a river of sympathy because I'm a fucking minority" card. I never asked for sympathy. I don't need help from anyone. I am currently getting an engineering degree, I have a job and a house. And FYI, in most places, minorities have much lesser opportunities, but you seem to be too ignorant to care anyways.

  • @mohammedator What makes you think I was referring to you only? You ASSumed. And this "too ignorant" person has a degree in nursing. I'm sure many people feel the same way as you do, too. But they all don't click on a link with the offensive word and make a big deal about it. You're the prototype of ignorance. What a sad life you must live.

  • Also Marilyn Manson calls himself a nigger in this song. Marilyn Manson = Brian Warner.

  • NIGGER!!!

  • To help people out, nigger is used to mean outcast, not black

  • THIS SONG IS NOT RACIST AT ALL. SAYING NIGGER IS NOT RACIST.

  • pathetic song! :( damn this sucks! :(

  • lol, niggers.

  • jesus christ was a nigger.

  • @bilal216 Stfu.

  • @amberbobbaby FAT BITCH

  • @bilal216 Suck my dick.

  • omg! old school "outside of society is where i want to be" maybe i should go bck to telnet. \m/>.<\m/. love the jfk ref. chck out misfits jfk song.

  • everyone is racist. don't explain yourself.

  • haha! stop fuckin cryin! go to oprah bitches! p.s: is brian warner the brother from mr belvedere? i dont know shit about this crazy ass music!?!!?!?

  • fucking off the chain vid man great fucking job

  • I think "nigger" in this song is a metaphor for how society treats those who is different.

  • @urbanloveer Thats exactly what it means

  • @urbanloveer really?

  • @urbanloveer I think this song is awesome either way, by sheer tenacity.

  • @urbanloveer perfect

  • YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT YOU HAVE EATEN

  • Why is he yelling about Negroes? The kennedy shit looks awsome!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why is he yelling about Negroes?

  • I love this song! If you knew me you'd know I was the least racist person. People are actually dumb enough to think this song is racist. LISTEN. TO. THE. LYRICS.

  • This song has nothing to do with a persons' race. He is describing how he is percieved in the rock music world, using the example of how blacks' were treated after slavery had ended. Atleast, that's how I percieve it.

  • @bkglamb Wow. Someone got it.

  • its funny how people are justifying the fact they're not racist. its just a song. its only racist if you take it there, so relax.

  • @rugerwasmydog But if you take off some ones skin wouldn't they bleed out?

  • @hooplablahblahblah actualy not if you do it right

  • I used to be a fan of the song, but the more I listen to it the worse it gets. The part where Manson sings "waiting for me" sounds terribly out of key, lacking any of the gravitas that the kick-ass riff should provide. In fact, Patti Smith's original is heavier. Also, idk if you were trying to be ironic with the really quite juvenile and pretentious use of fucking WOW characters shouting and dancing, but it totally trivialises the whole message.

  • @ShelleyTheVampire its a live song you sing live this harcore then see if you hit everynote

  • @danielmaddox01 I didn't say he didn't hit every note, I said that it sounds out of key. And by that I MEANT out of step, which is why the chorus sounds flat and shit. Also, I don't sing, so that come back was utterly meaningless.

  • @ShelleyTheVampire exactly you dont sing you dont know how hard it is to sing perfectly when your that fucking pumped on stage and everything listen to the version thats not live

  • kill all nigger

  • everyone that has a minimum inteliigence can realize this song is not racist! Yes i am white but i dont see anything racist, and I have big respect for this black dudes that love this song! It just shows how many stupid people there are, that by 1 line think that this is hatred song, and we all know its not! big salute to everybody! love MM and dont hate, its never gonna bring anything good!

  • @VicePower hahaha fair comment man.

  • im white and i would post this to my fb but most of my frineds r black and hate MM soo yea

  • @wilsonkornfreak yh its cool...conform its fine lol

  • @adamspun lol XD

  • I'm another fellow chocolate and I'm also not offended by this. It's quite obvious he's not using the word in an offensive term. Besides... Manson's a hot piece of ass... Even though he's thinner then a blade of grass

  • wow, bravo bravo, i was hoping a dumbass like you would take my comment seriously...

oh by the way... NIGER is a country, wow...wow....i have to say...WOW.youre too easy to make fun of...its nigger, nigga

  • not such a great job when stupid mistakes are made, ffs, "outside IS society, waiting for me!" "outside OF society, is where i wanna be" FFs man ur version of lyrics don't even make sense, maybe u is a nigga?

  • great vid sav for the warcraft crap

ps i actually believe patty smith was saying rock and roll nigger almost as a term of endearment. kind of bitter sweet.

  • great vid sav for the warcraft crap

  • Comment removed

  • @TheOnkruidt Patti Smith right? I didn't like her version

  • @destined2sleep one day you will..

  • Only Manson could pull this off!!! Damn I really do miss the 90's and all the great music that came into that decade

  • He sounds so sexy saying the N word! I want him to call me a nigger while he's fucking me! I love marilyn manson he's fucking sexy!!!!!!!

  • I know i made alot of errors on my last comment lol sorry people

  • I love Marilyn Manson omg!!!! Im black too and i also not offended (im also half white) lol i love this song so much!!! Love marilyn manson so much! • Patti Smith, eat your fucking heart out.

  • probebly the best song ever...

  • fucking epic song!

    Espec. when its live!! XD

    <3

  • when i first heard of manson this is the album i got showed, and just by looking at the song titles i thought it would be pathetic, for example when i first saw song titles like Shitty Chicken Gangbang, and "Scabs Guns and Peanut Butter" I thought it would be pathetic

But it actually is not that bad, This is a good tune.

However I will say, I still sometimes think like What the fuck to the song "Scabs Guns and Peanut Butter"

  • it was just a cd to put a few good songs and a good cover on.i know what you were all but 3 songs were noises wtf lol.

  • Manson's earlier stuff is good - some people think of Manson as crap and don't take time to listen to his music - they need to broaden their horizons!

  • the song isnt about racism

the word nigger is used to describe how rock and roll was percieved in its early years ....just like black people where discriminated against ..the word nigger is used to symbolize that ...

  • awsomw song i like the beggining

  • great job on the vid, im black and im not offended at all, manson is the best love all his cd's

  • cool

  • @treyscott3 i am not racist, but i see reverse racism and bleeding hearts way too much in society. You just stated the obvious and got 60 thumbs up. Maybe you had a friend keep coming back in to thumbs up over and over. Or a better guess is because you are black. I am white and i bet i don't get any thumbs up.

  • @destined2sleep no such thing as reverse racism if the "white people =master race" myth is still influencing society and our cultures white people are not ready to be hated and systematically raped and enslaved like black people as clearly stated in this song

  • @92451721921892113 <<<<<< those numbers represent ur IQ taken progressively year after year and scored in double digits? I had trouble following you, maybe you made the mistake of many ppl with delusions of granduer of over thinking your rants. Explain two things to me, spell it out, 1stly, how were black ppl "systematically raped"?, that can't be literal, figurative right? If it is figurative then why mention slavery?

  • so over 200 years of institutionalized racism and slavery wont have lasting effects on society?

i didnt know being white was so hard (im white by the way) never had a problem with racism or this mythical reverse racism that white people try to claim happens to them all the time and is way worse than anything non whites or females have had to endure in the past?

  • and if you as a "white" person are feeling oppressed for being white you are a victim of racism

a victim of the same myth that "white people = master race"

maybe youre not "white" enough to really be considered "white" by society

  • @destined2sleep 'reverse' racism? racism is racism, if it's racist context, doesn't matter who says it.. racism is racism...

  • @AnkHknA "reverse racism" is siding with a minority based on a preconcieved idea they have it so much worse than everyone else because racism exists. They excuse the individuals actions because of this and blame society for the "minority's" actions and not the individual. It is also known as being "a"bleeding heart".

  • @destined2sleep you fucking dumbass you must be the stupidest person in the world to not get the message of this video, it has really nothing to do with racism as much as it has to do with discrimination with ANY person who are rejected by the "beautiful" people (you might wanna do some research on that song too) this is why he pointed at his past self when he said "brian warner was a nigger" because of his abuse as a high school student

how he was thrown apart from the rest for beinga nobody

  • im black and i love this song, its not racist at all, manson is the shit.
