I think it will be great, it will add yet another layer to this truly amazing and complex game. Sure it wont be for eveyone but then neither is mining or faction warfare, plus if you spend a lot of time in stations if anything gives you something else to look at. Watch the ppl go about their stuff while you sit back and light another 'J'

Its the commodity called Ectoplasm in EvE. Oxygenated homogenized cell-membrane liquid (plasma). There are some problems with perfluorocarbons in RL, too thick and hard to breathe, so CO2 buildup can damage the system over time. Ectoplasm needs to be held under a constant EM-field to hold oxygen in. This is the point where Jove technology counts.

That wasn't liquid oxygen. That was a Perfluorocarbon, which is being looked at seriously for liquid breathing in diving and medical applications.

that stuff i meant. i browsed trough many wiki pages and informed me about the liquid stuff (and that someone in medicinal coma got saved by using that stuff. the real thing is that its hard to breath... oh and the rat in "the abyss" was really under that stuff (according to various sources) :P
