I close my eyes and see this song play out in the lives of my grandparents and my father and mother. No song has ever been this visual for me. I have felt deep emotion from other artists but this song is the how "picture". Memories, good and bad, tears, good and bad. Life is black and white until you explain it and then you see the color.

He looks like my Cousin Chance :) I LOVE THIS SONG BCUZ IT REMINDS ME 0F MY FAMILY AND THE HARD TIMES WE WENT THROUGH AND ARE oops sorry for the caps but this song is special to me... My grandpa served in World War 2 and he is still living. Im proud for all the americans that suffered and risked their lives for us. :( Sorry i wanna cry because this is just very very special to me. My dad showed me this song becuz it is his ring tone for his work phone. I sing this song all the time Thank u Lord.

Song brings back stories of my Uncle Jim who was KIA in WWII. Reminds me of my grandparents who are still married to this day, 50 years in June. This song reminds me of all the good stories my grandpa tells me. What a great musician.
