@TheHerculeanMan To answer you question: He could if He wanted to. He has the ability. Heck, it could have been one day or one hour.  My point is that God is outside time, so a "day" could either be a really long time, a really short time (like an hour) or just a day the way we see it. God isn't always literal. There are many times when He is symbolic. Just read Revelation. :)

But faith does more, it works as a unbreakable sheild, for if you could see everything as gods will, all problems as god's will, all situations as god's will, then nothing will ever discomfort you.
