  • yo Olson thanks for nothing asshole I hope you lose the next election you fucking prick!!!

  • Never heard of it......

    but now i want some!

Thanks Kansas State Rep. Robert Olson.

  • How much fun is this making video's .. When you have time come visit my channel!

  • What happened to conservatives believing in "Small Government" and letting people live their own lives.

  • Maybe we should stop outright banning things before we even know if there is anything wrong with a substance instead of just going by popular opinion. I can't see why someone should go to jail based on opinion alone when there are no hard medical facts backing up the ban. Same thing goes with real pot, it was made illegal based on misinformation and scare tactics and kept that way via prejudice and outright lies. It is about time we make laws in this country based on hard facts not opinion.

  • @Karth420 The ban of real pot is based on hard facts.

  • @ZM7241994 what? lol

  • @s0beit The ban of real pot is based on facts. It's one of the few issues that I agree with the Feds on.

  • @ZM7241994 What in the hell are you talking about? What hard facts? Hard fact: Prohibition causes violent crime and thousands of deaths in Mexico, the innocent and guilty alike. Hard fact 2: Prohibition puts peaceful people in prison, people who haven't committed any other "crime" than smoking marijuana, which in and of itself has no victims. Hard fact 3: The government has no right to decide for me or others what i do with my body.

    - Not a pot smoker

  • @s0beit I suggest you do some research into issues before ruling one way or another. I'm not a doctor, but I do know that marijuana isn't harmless as some people(most of them marijuana addicts) claim it is. You should at sites that have an opposing viewpoint that way you get both sides of the story, not just one side. Though, you're correct that outlawing certain things does cause deaths but I believe it's necessary. I know people who smoke marijuana and they aren't the same anymore.

  • @ZM7241994 I never said it was harmless, not even once. I just don't care whether or not it's harmless. It isn't the state's position to ban things because they're harmful to you, people can make their own informed decisions. I used to smoke pot, I don't anymore, not for years now, but I know the effects from making marijuana (AND other drugs) illegal are far worse than just letting people go on with their own decisions. Sure they need help, but jail and shoot-out drug wars isn't the cure.

  • @s0beit I'm glad you're aware of the risks of marijuana use and that you stopped smoking it. My fear is once the legaliaze marijuana(a dangerous drug by itself) that they will legalize far worse drugs such as cocaince, heroin, etc which are extremely dangerous and addictive. Now, I've heard people say that they are dangerous but people should make their own decisions because it's their body. The reason why certain drugs are illegal is bc they affect much more then the user.

  • @ZM7241994 Well, stopping smoking it was my own choice. It had nothing to do with the 'risks', I just grew up. I wouldn't put people in jail who indulge, young people as i did, it'd be hypocritical. People do have problems, and correcting those problems should be up to doctors, not the strong arm of the law. As for your concern with other drugs, the same ideal applies. Look. We already have laws against other types of crimes drugs supposedly cause. Making drugs illegal doesn't stop users.

  • Have to say I love this!!!!!!!

  • The ironic thing is that marijuana is proven safer than all of these synthetic products. It would pass the tests that they want the synthetics to pass to determine if they should be legal.

  • @TreachMarkets Yea....yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • FDA vs. K2 herb

    youtube.com/watch?v=TxyVdD4d6Vo

  • As opposed to having one American Imperialist nanny person, why not call it "Database of Nannies for {Month} {Year}"...

  • Its a safety matter. If you want to get high it becomes my business when it could endanger my life. Drugs are illegal for good reason even pale imitations. I dont want to get on a highway or plane or bus and have to wonder if the pilot, driver or other drivers are users. If you want to have government build a walled pot city where users can do as they please locked away and not endanger others. Until then forget pot and live a natural high without drugs.

  • @Radioflyer911

I don't like drugs either, but you don't seem to realize that hurting/endangering others is already illegal. And I'm pretty sure airlines have strict rules on their own as to what pilots can take while working. How does an overall government ban on these things make you any safer? Prohibition doesn't work.

  • @Radioflyer911 How about you do what WE tell you to do instead. And if you don't like it we'll use government to force you to comply. Build a prison city and throw you and everyone who thinks like you into it. Let Freedom Ring!!!! They had arguments like yours that helped to get alcohol prohibition and Al Capone was sure happy about that. So were all the people who died drinking bad bathtub booze or the industrial alcohol the lovely government poisoned on purpose.

  • Pres. Obama, where is clunker for college tuition? Another empty speech?

  • Socialized health care my ass, how about assembly line medical care, now serving #213477444. Oop sorry Im on a break. Next window please. Some people dont associates negativity with socialism, but assembly line will get their attention

Help, the pro healthcare websites stop posting my comment. If you like my message, please help circulates. Just copy and paste.

  • and they weren't even trying to make it medicinal

  • here we go again time to legislate morality

  • When are we going to learn that morality can't be legislated? This is something every individual must decide for his or herself.

  • I am just going to be brutally honest for a moment. I like it better when the Nanny of the Month is some one banning something completely stupid in the eyes of the general public. Most people are still against drug legalization (most people are wrong too. =P).

But when people want to ban soda, dogs, and fish manicures I like it better because then I get to stroke my big libertarian ego about how stupid government is and laugh my little minarchist laugh.

  • I love these Nanny of the Month videos!

This fake pot stuff contains a cannabinoid that is currently unscheduled, so it does mimic the effects of pot pretty well.

People need to admit its not dangerous drugs we are trying to stop, its morals were trying to enforce.

  • Pot is apparently illegal to prevent an army of Obamabots taking over the country... Sadly, it hasn't worked. Instead I propose to legalize pot and deem government schools a form of child abuse and be outlawed.

  • government school?u mean public school?i loved my school

  • They taught you well.

  • Yes, "Government school". They are owned and operated by government.

So you love your government education - congrats qualityrkc.

Anything labeled "Public" by the government is well, "Government". Get with the program.

  • So coffeebuzzz, you are ok with being a govt myrmidon??? Us Americans are not, we like freedom. We also like our dogs and take very good care of them, all without having to inform the Imperial Lords.

  • Oh yes and to all those who say it's only Dems who enact disgusting, notice that this month's nanny is a republican (I'm not trying to say this excuses the Dems, I'm just saying they aren't alone).

  • they have this stuff at a convenience store i frequent, but damn it seems expensive to try. i really don't like smoking pot that much anyway. btw, i'm in west missouri.

  • Government still thinks they can stop pot-smoking!

Let's share an evil chuckle, people.

  • @Efferts They have no plan to stop it. They keep it illegal because the CIA can make more money off of it when it is illegal. If it was legal the people would profit. Sad but true.

  • @st4ticblu3

Wow, okay. Now I learned something.

But pot's a gold mine. Possibly bigger than cigarettes, am I close? How would the gov't know they'd make more with these witch hunts than distribution?

    Tha'ts friggin' sad.

  • It's just a theory of mine. I haven't actually heard anyone else say this but I think they make pot illegal just so they can increase the size of the police force. Larger police force and prisons equals more control over the citizens. Something like 1/3 of people serving a sentence are there on drug related charges.

  • @13R1CK4

Research the history of drug prohibition in the United States.

You are not alone in your theory. There are many others who believe that the prison INDUSTRY lobbies the government for anything that keeps them in BUSINESS. I'm sure there is evidence to support this. I know a LITTLE; for example, a long distance telephone provider lobbies to win the contract for those collect calls from prisoners. Translation: MEGA BUCKS for them.

  • @RodCornholio Doesn't anyone besides me think it's a little funny that 20 years ago when the cops knocked on your door they looked liked Barney Fife, now they look like the mfn Navy SEALS, all Carbines and ski masks. Check out this video for a sample of what a police raid for pot looks like. "cops shoot dog and raids guys house for pot". Which side is the one taking things out of hand????? I know you agree.

  • @13R1CK4

Very perceptive. It's called militarization. Reason has at least one article on the militarization of U.S. police forces. In fact, AT TIMES they train by/with/etc. current or former commandos -- i.e. learning genuine military tactics.

For many reasons, I recommend liberty minded folks to carefully research, study, learn, analyze their methods of operation and eventually come up with countermeasures. One never knows when the lawmen may become lawless.

  • well, don't move to california if you like dogs then. But as usual, one state is usually a testy state, then once the government realizes they can do this everywhere, they will.

So I guess thats all the more reason to end the corrupt government.

  • I bet they will ban girl on top, because it makes small dick politicians feel bad.

  • Surprisingly it's not. Not with these new 'Magic' boxes called computers.

I understand it would be a hard concept for americans to work out, but for us Australians, it's pretty easy.

Step 1: Take dog to vet

Step 2: Enter particulars into computer

    What a nightmare.

  • @coffeebuzzz

    Good comment!

  • Americans don't have difficulty using a computer... their deficiency is their inability to see a person with a unregistered dog as a criminal that needs to be hunted down by the police.

Apparently you Aussies are more comfortable with your chains. Don't expect us to complement you on it.

  • Australia was largely populated by criminals sent over from the UK to a penal colony. They are used to being in The System and told what to do. Given that history, it's a damn wonder they've turned out as well as they have.

  • What an amazingly stupid thing to say!

    -

  • I had a wonderful dog for 13 glorious years. Such a love bucket... Put her to sleep 4 years ago; still miss her.

I went to the vet and registered her, got the cool phone number dog tag. Why? Not because of the government, but because I wanted to get her back if she ran away. If chips were available then I would have done it.

    Anything to protect my dog.

    -

  • That nanny at the beginning of these videos looks like she could use a good rump.

  • I think the two runner ups are funny simply because they seem more insane than the winner and they are both in California.

  • 5 stars

  • Why did I never hear of this stuff before?

Is it about the same as marijuana?

    Or just a poor substitute?

  • I'm in my 50s and would like to know how much older I will have to become before my government will finally recognize me as an adult.? Rep. Olson looks a little stoned, maybe he just just doesn't want competition to his marijuana grow operation. Kansasa isn't close to here, would someone over there mind spanking that damn Rep. Olson kid for me, and send him to his room without dinner. He can come back out when he's ready to grow up and start showing a little respect for adults.

  • I wonder if they are going to ban glule, eventually

  • They ban anything that kills the pain of their bad governance.

  • It never stops.

  • These nanny of the month are always so depressing D:

  • Missouri is on this train too.

  • Gad Dangit.

  • I don't know about the banning, I never heard of that in Cali, but what I do know that california is going to do, Require people to get registration to own a dog. Another way for the state to make money off the people for owning a dog. Its like getting a registration for your car or your gun, except this is for your dog. What's next, a registration to have children? This is damn ridiculous.

    STOP THE MADNESS ALREADY!

  • meh, i'm not to worried about it... that stuff is mediocre at best... lmao!!

  • australia for banning small boobs

  • I thought they banned big boobs?

  • They banned women with small boobs from participating in porn movies, because they might resemble small girls and thus give pleasure to pedophiles.

  • Oh, I thought he/she was trying to make a joke implying all Australian women have small boobs.

  • "thus give pleasure to pedophiles"

God forbid we let pedos have pleasure especially through something that doesn't involve actual children! Also I doubt a small boob fetish instantly makes someone a pedo, if you really wanted to stretch it you could say the same thing for people with no pubic hair.

It bewilders me to no end when the reason for banning things become 'pedos may jack off to that'. So what, who does that harm? We trying to legislate thought crime now?

  • nah. they banned small boobs because it encourages pedophilia or some shit. they're probably gonna ban shaved vaginas next (seriously)

  • What of those pet stores who are getting those puppies from good reputable breeders and are taking a stand against puppy mills? Why punish them? Go after the puppy mills not the pet stores. Selling dogs and cats is not illegal and people should retain the freedom of choice whether to sell or not. It is up to people who care about animals, (like most good pet store owners), to shut out the greedy $ grubbing idiots who care not for the animal's well being, not the gov't. Give me liberty or...

  • Who said all leaders were nannys?

None of those people were politicians AFAIK.

  • all leaders are politicians in a democracy

  • even the prohibitionists back then knew the only real way to ban alcohol was a constitutional amendment. At least they did it the legal way. Now, a Constitution, whats that?

  • There's what, 20 million people unemployed in this country right now. .

What fortunate sons you angry white manlets are to worry yrselves over this kind of horseshit.

"First they came for the (fake) pot smokers..."

  • They made this shit and nobody told me? Dammit!

  • If only we could pass a law banning bullshit laws like this... oh wait, it was called the Constitution...

  • @enotdetcelfer yea, but then we'd need the politicians to read it!

  • Man, so if I go out in my lawn, pull out some weeds and start to smoke it I'll have some politicians telling me what I can and can not smoke? Lame... Too much government.

  • goooosh, i thought that only europe is sooo fucked up.

  • @ptdtech

It's nothing to do with labelling people criminals. It has to do with reducing the amount of Feral animals in the wild that destroy the environment, and also the thousands of animals dumped each year due to unwanted pregnancies and post-puppy dumping. Not to mention being able to return lost pets as opposed to killing them after 14 days because owners couldnt be found.

You have more people in Prison than any other country, by a huge margin, so are you really as free as you think?

  • Excuse me, but do you really think that registering animals that have a home is the most effective way to control feral animals? REALLY?

People can already voluntarily register their animals. I've done so with my pets... or rather, the animal shelter I adopted them from did.

I have no problem with registering animals. I have a problem with the MANDATORY part.

As for freedom: I'm plenty free. The people who commit repeated crimes... not so much.
