hmmm to make it look bettter use a light blue fabric......no yarn how about elastic, thread, maybe sew it with a sewing machine take an elastic and sew it on the seam in the inside so it bunches up cute.

and then at the tops take extra fabric of the blue and make a cute little blue bow for the outside tops and clip it with a saftey pin for easy washing.

it looks like you wrapped a piece of fabric around your leg and tied it withstring. maybe use hot glue it would look a little more professional. i doubt you can wash that without it getting destroyed
