  • if the dollar collapses, and hyperinflation takes place, won't being in debt for a house or car be a dream to pay back in cheap dollars?

  • I want to know the truth now! Who helped Ben Bernanke embezzle our money? Who is Involved and how many? How long has this been going on for? Where is our money? How do we get it back? The Nations four largest banks Citibank, J P Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America are owned by the same thieves that own The Fed Scam! Wake Up America! We are being sacked and looted NOW! They are moving OUR money to the IMF!

  • Very good video, and decent advise at the end. I concur with the advice, even as a muslim. Don't keep the faith - develop it.

  • totally spot on.. respect

  • this guy talks very intelligently and is spot on i just don't believe about his religious take on things

  • Sir, you are completely on target. It is always refreshing to hear someone who can express what's happening with such clarity and logic. YOU HAVE SUMMED IT UP NICELY. Thank You...and Good Luck!

  • @realdhill: Thomas Jefferson warned us about the banks. The American people have had no control over their currency since the Federal Reserved Act was signed by President Woodrow Wilson in 1913. That Act was illegal then and it is illegal now and it violates the US Constitution. The Federal Reserve is a private entity and it answers to no one. In effect, Wilson took the money from the people and gave it away. No one will be given an engraved notice as to when the depression will begin.

  • Lincoln had a great idea with Greenbacks. In fact, the way Lincoln would of had the Greenback system ran, it would end usury fees, which is one of the things that most cripple an economy. Even under the Gold Standard, economies were hurt with all the usury(interest) fees.

People mistakenly confuse Greenback and Colonial Script for Federal Reserve Notes. But In the Federal Reserve System, almost all the money is USURY FEES. All it is are notes of DEBT. And it is created from debt

  • So are we all gonna die or what? Who knew a housing bubble could have such consequences...thanks, Greenspan!

  • Remember that Paulson is a JEW. That's all we need to know about his intentions. He's just making sure his Jewish bud's get bailed out before the entire U.S government fails. Remember what I said here.

  • Let's just forget how much wealth the Vatican has and Power, and just blame it all on the JEWS. (sarcasm)

Isn't there like a Pope statue above a EU or United Nations stage somewhere?

Didn't the Vatican recently in a case in California, deny Jews the property and money from wealth confiscated during the Holocaust and put into Vatican Bank?

  • To answer your questions, none that I know of and I never heard of the Vatican stealing holocaust money in California. I would like a link to the news story if you have it.

  • Well, it is a pretty welll known case, though it stays out of mainstream media. Hmm, wonder why? (is it because most of main stream media is controled by Catholics? Laura Ingram, Ann Coulter, Hannity, O'riley. Heck even the presidents (Clinton, Bush for example) bow to the Pope, though theyu claim to be protestant. What a way to protest? WHen was the last time you saw protesters bowing to the one they protest against?)

    Aperin v. Vatican Bank

    Fairly recent case

  • btw-- as far as my comment about the pope statue. I just remembered what that was.

Capitoline Hill, Rome, October 29, 2004 - There was a signing of the new EU constitution in the Appartamento dei Conservatori, Sala degli Orazi e Curiazi, before the bronze statue of Pope Innocent X by Alessandro Algardi.

Some people want to blame the Jews, but it was signed in Rome for a reason.

ANd before you people buy into blaming the Jews, check and see if the Vatcian could be funding that ideal

  • Ann Coulter, Oreilly? Since when is Fox News a respectable News source? I think pretty much everyone realizes what a bunch of shills those guys are at this point. I will look up the case too. I honestly never did hear about it but I don't live in Cali.

  • Buddy, maybe if you had a MBA from say, NYU and B.S. Finance, these opinions would have more value

  • He went to Harvard.

  • Bazizaz, the guy went to Harvard and all he can afford to wear is a wife beater? The economy must be in worse shape than I thought!

  • The "United States" is NOT a country.

    Your state is.

The "United States" is a federal corporation located in the District of Columbia

    * USC (United States Code) Title 28 § 3002: Definition 15

    * UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) Article 9 § 9-307 LOCATION OF DEBTOR (h)

"American" is NOT a Nationality. UT is!

Supreme Court: US vs. Valentine 288 F Supp. 957: "The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States."

  • There is no such thing as a free market.

  • Vote for Nader in November and we will have a better chance. O and Mc are the same vote basically as you say. Nader is against NAFTA, the Fed and other market insanities and supports sales tax on derivatives and other smart solutions(look into his solutions for yourself). The ONLY hope in November is in Nader and he needs all the help he can get. Nice video man keep speaking the truth

  • Sack Paulson

  • I think paulson said about 20 different words about 100 times in a different order. That boob (paulson) and i say that lightly is a idiot.

keep doing what your doing its fantastic

  • Funny only a few of us saw this coming. People will not wake up until the banks are closed, the riots start and martial law is imposed. Then it will be too late.

  • hjhgjgjhg

  • EU: It's getting harder to get a morgage, there are lot's of houses for sale but transaction nr's are waaaay down. Not many evictions/forclosures though, our rules for getting a morgage were and are way stricter then in the US.

Russian stock exchange is down by 50%! over the last few months, trade was shut down 2 or 3 times the past few weeks.

  • other EU-financial institutions in trouble: German Hypo bank, Belgian Dexia, Dutch Aegon insurer, there are rumours about ING.

Some political 'leaders' are guarenteeing savings deposits in all their national banks. (how? with what money?)To avoid big capital shifts from country to country (to take advantage of the extra safety) all other Euro countries will surely have to raise their guarantees as well!

It's a raging storm and it's not blowing over.

  • Update EU: well, it's a bloodbath over here on the European stock exchanges, AEX down again by 9%. the bail-out/break-up/sell-off of Fortis was not enough to restore confidence, The dutch government bought ABN and the Dutch parts of Fortis, The French Parisbas basically bought the rest. German Hypo bank bailed out, 50 bilj euro's injected by the German government,

There is no cooperation on European level, it's every country for themselves. Ireland: government guarantees savings for 100%

  • Paulson et al are experts at fleecing sheep. That's what they know. Look at Paulson's history of being 180 degrees wrong on Fannie & Freddie & the housing market. Only in modern America can we call someone like Paulson a genius when he has been 2+2=47 wrong all along. It's the blind leading the blind. Yet,somehow,we sheep are still being fleeced. We're just on the sheering floor now. Next stop:slaugherhouse.Get ready for the Amero, cuz that's where this is all aiming. It's been the plan all along.

  • I agree with you 100% on every issue.

  • the jews it would seem, are going to be losing control with this meltdown and not soon enough!

  • thejews must be eliminated

  • I'm getting sick of waiting for the economy to collapse. I wish I would just get it over with, and fall. How much longer do we wait for the inevitable?

  • Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) -- The market storm that brought down Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., American International Group Inc. and other pillars of U.S. finance may have also blown holes in the portfolios of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senator John Kerry and more than 50 other members of Congress.

Pelosi, in her most recent financial disclosure form, reported that her husband owned between $250,000 and $500,000 of stock in AIG,

  • whoa didn't they do this shit in Europe already????

  • While I agree with several things said, there is far too much garbage in this video to really take it seriously. Both parties are corrupt, and if putting Republicans in power would be insanity, then why would you support Ron Paul? Let's be consistent buddy & drop the ridiculous arrogance. There are other people besides yourself who can think and watch for what is on the horizon. You might try a spoon of humility in your next video.

  • If you think its simply about democrats and republicans, then you need to just stop watching these vids.. We are far beyond that at this point.

Its not that just the two parties are corrupt, but that the system is flawed and is doomed to fail.

  • Agreed!

  • Sheez buddy! Do us a favor and reach up, yeah there you go. You feel that chip on your shoulder? Grab it and take it off.

Seems you are the guy with the humility problem.

BTW: You are pretty uninformed. MOT does say that both parties are corrupt and Ron Paul runs as a republican out of convienience, not because he supports the neocons.

Can't speak the truth without offending SOME people.

  • It would be great to see a video response.

  • Ron Paul is as close as one will get to a true Patriot who could actually run the country right. Most know and realize the 2 party system is corrupt. Ron is technically Libetarian running under the Republican ticket.

  • so if you invest in precious metals it can only be silver. gold much too overvalued (70 ratio!) to silver, mean reverting process a la longue back to Egypt folk is 15:1

  • miners dont lead the metals, they just go down, juniros resilient last weeks, good sign at least, but silver not leading gold, commercials went again long last week in silver but this time BIG short in gold (-30.000),

  • wow great I am so glad everything is alrgith again, all the damage in stock index has been neutralized, technically this is great buying time, lets move this party game on....

  • MOT is here and will post tonight. It will be contrarian to what you are seeing on TV.

    MOT

  • Cool, thanx my friend im looking forward to seeing that. I wonder whether they'll pass the bill tomorow. If they don't I think that there will be armaggedon.

  • No house bill tomorrow, they are on break until thursday afternoon.

  • they are devils

  • republicans voting no because of potential voters who didnt want this to go through i guess

  • no its because they even started to question king george

  • I may be wrong, who knows?

  • MOT slightly delayed, getting unburied from being run over by the market today - lol.

  • Where is the MOT? I wonder if he was on the red list?

Im buying some silver eagles here in the UK, can anyone there in the US comment on the the current price?

  • manoftruth, I have been sent to give you a message: 44's are good. The time for nearing is here.

  • if u didnt notice his shelfs r empty already he knows

  • God bless.

  • MOT-how much you bench...95? 105?(jkLOL)

...btw please mention your take on WHEN the price per barrel gets to $20/barrel, the Russians and IRanians who need the worlds money are going to start some crap to re-inflate the price for oil. This scenario is a no-brainer. Cases of campbells soup and beer brewing equipment whooah

  • We will be at war with Iran. Oil will surge past $200 a barrel.

  • lt silver go hyperbloic, well this will take some time i admit...

  • if $200 oil ever happens, it will be a short kiss and then tanking - kinda like the gold frad at $1000 - so ya better sell all ya got lickety split.. We have more oil than we will ever need during these transitional years to alternate energy. The whole oil fraud game is over guys - get over it..lol.

  • it doesnt have to do with how much oil there is it has to do with what the elites want you to think and they can make the price whatever they want there is a "gas Shortage" right now all over the southern states of the united states. This isnt about supply.

  • This is the most eagerly awaited MOT update.

  • Yes. It will be tonight...and it will be hardcore.

  • Stop panicking, just live your life, it's only paper. Think of it this way, if the whole thing collapses you'll never have to pay off your credit cards or student loans! whoo hoo!

  • Here, Here.

  • I know people don't want to loose their savings. I know people just want to live their lives in peace, but there comes a time when we need to defend our freedom. I defend it by telling the truth to others, loving my wife, giving the finger to the Fed and Paulson by buying silver, and living my life the way I see fit!

  • Right there with ya bro--rock on.

  • MOT you are hardcore.

  • Yes.

  • Timewave Zero people and the 'Half past human ' website predict that by the time this all finished money will not be measured in dollars but calories.

  • so the solution to all the burst bubbles is just another bubble ! this time the ' bailout bubble' . the emphasis in mass media shifted on the weekend when the bill was being debated from the word ' bailout 'has negative conatations jail etc to the word 'rescue',gee ?,positive conatations ,who wouldn't want to be 'resued' ? but from what ? another bubble? that will burst like the last bubble ? time to end the madness.

  • I don't understand how a man who is as greatly respected as Ron Paul could have been ignored over the past 16-18 months. None of this is a surprise there are several speaches from him predicting this. How can anyone justify this behavior? This is one of my favorite quotes, Evil prevails when good men fail to act. I apologize I can't cite who said it off the top of my head but its proven true again.

  • The problem with Ron Paul is real simple - his support was not very large to begin with. Let's face it most people in the USA do not understand that vast degree of manipulation that sustains the country and keeps it going forward. If indeed everybody understood how things are run at the top, many would die of heart attacks. But this is also why the doomsdayers are getting great practice in "preparing" for gloom and doom, and sheds full of guns anf food, but they will never use them for real.

  • ManOfTruth, great job on your market analysis, and being short the market wherever you have made money. But I gotta sit back and laugh at how many people you have thinking that they have to stock up with food water and guns , and leave the cities. For gosh sakes dude we are in the year 2008, not 1808. Don't you think we are a bit more civilized and organized than that. hmmmm

  • Answer: No.

  • Amen

  • It will get more brutal than the civil war on our soil.

  • When will you make your new vid MOT? How is that food business going? I think it would be a good idea to teach people food preservation techniques. I'm just learning myself right now. When do you plan to leave the city? What sign do we take to do that?

  • I plan on posting today.

  • Thanks.

  • Have 10K cash, silver, gold, 1K canned food, Liberty Pack (1yr dehydrated) several AK's, 2000+rds. ammo, water filteration and tablets, first aid and other supplies. Still don't feel ready.

  • Holy crap. You could take Canada with all of that. Just don't shoot at me!

  • What the hell is this? The frickin manoftruth beauty channel, whats up with all the dumbass remarks?

  • LOL. Good one! MOT

  • Check out the Active Denial System or ADS on youtube. It could be used on us in the coming weeks.

  • got my clients to 80% in cash from equities today. My wife and I took out our top three clients tonight in ann arbor, mi. Wine and food. all millionaires on paper. I Was transparent with them. THey all thanked me and told me they would stay with me through it all no matter what. I am so humbled and my wife and I were in tears on the way home because we know what is ahead and they really don't. we did what was right and warned them. Prepare yourselves. Heavy shit is gonna be raining down.

  • Thats cool, you are one of the few honest, or informed advisors out there.

  • I agree with you. Glad your clients see the light. Cash will be King. In fact it is King right now.

  • Funk, do you realize you went all cash at a massic market bottom? Actually that is not that bad, because there are TREMENDOUS market opportunities coming in October, so having cash to deploy is excellent.

  • Not exactly...We started going to cash in jan 08. Started by pulling 10% about every 6 weeks. If congress lets this bubble burn itself out, there will be pain and suffering for about 18 months but the markets will be cleaned out. The key is TO NOT BAIL OUT ANYBODY! I hope to have clients up to 60% back invested by this time next year if there is a market to go back to.

  • excellent Funk - congratulations - and don't worry there is ALWAYS a market. I hope I don't see you behind a tree in the woods with your guns and water though - cheers

  • hahah, no worries man. These banks that are buying up Wachovia and Wamu are just trying to make themselves too big to fail. I believe massive inflation is in front of us. Don't be fooled by deflationists that think that stocks/housing is what is only going to amount to deflation. They never see the money printing ponzi scheme that they've got going on in Washington. Oh well. Stick with credit unions.

    -Derek

  • like I tell my wife and kids...we are gonna prepare, go about our biz and enjoy life. If others dont prepare they are some people we will try to help.

  • Love it. Me too.

  • This is all so annoying. How many millions could one person need? It's amazing how so few are willing to trample over so many. I can't believe the amount of greed over the last 10 years. It makes me puke! I just do what I can to get by and it's never enough. Try playing the markets. It makes absoulutly no sense at all. I've stuck with Peter Schiff's advice, but everyone keeps going to the sloughter house with financials and US bonds/dollars. There is no way we have deflation!

  • Hello!

All of you should take out some money from the bank tomorrow morning. NOT ALL - but some. OK?

Sell SOME of your funds - sell all of your bonds.

  • Yep. I took cash out today. I heard there were a lot of people taking out cash at a Wells Fargo in California.

  • It will be interesting to see who will fall next. I'm still betting that Citicorp will merge with BofA.

  • Do we have more time in UK.

  • Did you hear Ron Paul is asking everyone to support Nader Gonzalez 08

  • je99na,

Posting a lie about Ron Paul on a ManOfTruth video? Tsk tsk tsk...

Many already know that he has endorsed Chuck Baldwin.

  • I think the government seeks to eliminate the internet as means of communication. There is too much freedom to express ideas over the internet. I would expect the government to allow the companies that service the internet to fail or to make the internet impotent through legislation. Talk radio is in the cross hairs too. Discussions such as we have on this website will one day result in jail sentences or execution.

  • eliminate the Internet - LOL - man you guys love the kool-aid don't ya - ROFL

  • Shotgun a rifle and a 4-wheel drive and a country boy can survive.

  • I wonder with these bailouts and as this gets worse and more and more companies go down at a point it will effect communications would failure of the internet be a matter of national security? Would the government step in and bail it out too. Also include news media into that mix. Where will it end???

  • There are forces within that desire to enslave and destroy America. My wife who isn't up on world or national affairs recently had a chilling dream. In her dream a convoy of military trucks had come. The soldiers driving the trucks ordered everyone present to load up. Supposedly we were to be relocated to a "safe" place. I told her that should this ever happen to not get into the trucks under any circumstances. It would be better to already be hiding before they arrive.

  • So if the Fed put $600 Billion in the system did we "need" the bailout?

  • The Constitution leaves Congress with the sole right to vote money bills. Now, if Paulson can just decide to put more money in the economy (At will) he maybe operating on a Constitutional override of sorts. If Bush approves of this (by executive order) he has taken even more powers from Congress. When has Bush ever respected the Constitution? When you go to Congress, however, you seek the legit support of the American people. Paulson (Re. Bush) is acting without regard to this fact.

  • Thanks. I was just explaining it to my family. This is a power grab built on fear. They seem to get it. I watch a bit of Glen Beck and he had a hilarious quote from the Treasury dept on how they came up with the 700billion amount. "We wanted a really big number" I shorten it a bit but thats their answer. Power play.

  • We don't need banks to borrow from. There are plenty of P2P lending like Prosper, Lending Club and others (I can't remember what their names are). Banks want us to think we need them to live. If we say no to the bailout there will be other better places that pop up.

  • Interesting news from Bloomberg. it appears that the Treasury has unloaded over $600 billion into the economy. Likely this is nothing more than a stop-gap measure to ensure that things are stable until after election day. I suspect that Congress will revisit the bailout and give its approval. it's not like this act of resistance to kill the bill was the Congress suddenly proving they have balls. They are scared of the voters. Given it five weeks and we'll all be talking bailout again.

  • asdfhjkl

  • I was just watching CNBC and it was exactly what I talked about earlier. They were pushing the bailout stating "that we lost 1.4 Trillion Dollars today, twice the amount of the bailout." Making the bailout sound like common sense. I bet the banks that want the bailout push the markets down and down until the politians cave and the voter cries over their "retirement account". Watch the power play. Will the people stand strong?

  • What concerns me is the POSSIBILITY of unrest tomorrow on the streets. Even the dumbest guy will know now what it means, if the bailout failed. They will hit the banks. PERHAPS - but that CHANCE is ugly enough. conclusion: the congress HAS to find the solution THIS NIGHT.

  • Where is MOT when you need him!

  • chill, just got home. off to gym. major update tomorrow.

  • DOW 6000 tomorrow ?

  • Now. If there are some 100 billions for the bailout they have enough money to cover it around 10.400. The Chinese will help and Russia.

  • I agree that it will be off the cliff soon. Actually today was kind of off the cliff, when a 200 billion injection leads to a 777 point sellof.

    MOT

  • So much happened today. Make a video please.

Try and give us some advice on what to do with mutual funds and 401k. Invest in metals?

  • NOW is the time for the people who called us crazy to tell them

    FUCK YOU

  • Yes, and in my case it were some pretty high bankers and investment guys.

  • nothin crazy about being right about the stock markets - nice job.

  • I personally have little faith in the people choosing whether to pull the plug. Do you?

  • Whats your garden like!

The greatest threat is the repression of spirituality in society, if we realised this their would be no fear. We would deal will fear on that premise.

If people are in fear of their job and debt, the time is to see the greater investment in food, friendship, sustainability, neighbors.

Do not stay around people with a limited awareness of their true potential and possibility.

    Collapse or not! Win, Win.

  • Political Rant #85: The Death of an Economy

    ?v=4S7jwy5RJlk

  • Stepping back and looking in. It looks like Wall Street is going to push this market as low as they can to push the government and the people to be so afraid so they'll bail them out. If a bank made a bad loan they take the loss if they made a good loan they keep the profit. That's simple business. They want our money and they are using fear to get it. So watch out. People filled w/ greed and power can get ugly when when they loose.

  • What are your thoughts on how this will end? I am seeing a lot of signs pointing to martial law and terrorist attack/pandemic in the next few months. Is anyone else drawing this same conclusion?

  • I'm seeing martial law and financial collapse next week.

  • Is financial collapse enough to declare martial law. Won't they make a bigger show of it? Why do you think it will come within a week?

  • Re:eamnonk7

Financial collapse will lead to chaos and will be enough to declare martial law and I've heard a number of sources say that the collapse would happen before November. Two sources have actually said the 7th October is when it begins.

  • eamonk7. wow - i don t think theres nothing bigger than financial collapse to declare martial law for -

  • On youtube there are videos of the 3rd infantry training in Dallas. There are plans for rapid deployment in case of civil unrest with the election but I wonder if sooner. I think the market will hold on a few days then begin to go down. All at once or slow--who knows. What of the gov. checks? ie. SS and SSI, MCARE, fed retirement, military retirement. This is gonna get interesting. I'm voting Chuck Baldwin and the constitution party and straight independent down the line this time.

  • Dude when ya gonna relize they have been using digitally created dollars out of thin air to cut SSI, SS, MCARE checks since before you were born. How can this still be news to people. It's way over your head, just breathe deep - and roll with the times. And for all you head-for-the-hills folks out there, I'm sure MOT will throw a heck of a party out there for ya , using all those dollars he made from shorting your IRA accounts - yippe! rofl...

  • Why would you say that about MOT ? Its only YOUR opinion. No need for mean attacks.

  • ALERT TO EVERYONE HERE. The Fund Managers are telling the brokers to liquidate all of their equities quick. The biggest sell off in US history is about to happen. The huge money managers are trying to get out of the stock market quickly before everything collapses. The only people left holding the BAG would be the average investor. PEOPLE.. do not be the last one holding the BAG!!

  • You still need money to buy seeds for self sufficiency though?

  • wow, this plunge will go into history books of your children. They are screwed, how can they not fix this deal, this will trigger huge deflationary process for the public eyes with the treasury pumping with or without House consent about 200 billions a day to US banks which go under week by week. huge liqufying process behind the scenes. inflation creeping up until it gets out of control likee in Zimbabwe, when do you see it coming? 2009? /watch?v=UmRaqnt9oes

  • I just jacked up all my credit cards. I figured if they are going to cut lines might as well spend it up on food and energy etc.. since the buck will be worthless ... so will the debt.

  • Good call (my brother is still wasting his money on debt, instead of investing with food and the garden).

  • My family will outkast me if I come clean. Not the greatest feeling, but fear not.

  • I would like to see MOT post an update.

  • Do you think they (congress)are that stupid or do you think, they think (we) are that stupid. Are u voting for Ralph Nader now? He is the only one I can vote for now. Bush has imposted martial law, he has military stand-by here in the U.S.. It's very bad. I feel I am under a dictatorship.

  • My family "believe" in the system.

  • I dont think I can stay where I am in a crisis, I need to be with people in full awareness of their true potential.

  • From my point of view it is nearly over now.

It is like I thought: they feared their voters. Like 1930 in Germany before Hitler.

  • Special Report: Rationing in the UK

    ?v=CZ471-jb5YE

  • Is it over?

  • The bill is denied! It is over! The disaster is avoided! The bright days are for tomorrow!

  • bailout bill didnt pass dow down 500

  • As always, right again! Hopefully, that 100 ounces of silver i've been accumulating since March 2008 will amount to anything, but I'm not counting on it!

  • It will. Good move.

  • Add me as a friend! I've been watching since summer 07'. It all started with housing being inflated to horrific levels. Affordable housing, what a joke!

  • MOT for how long would you build a foodstorage for some months or even years ?

And which country do you think will be save to live?

  • I will probably stay in the U.S.

I am big on the Rocky Mountains.

Go for years. That way you can feed others.

  • Is it time to go the Highland way here in Britain?

  • Oh, I would say so. I don't know about small farm availablity there but here we have a lot of farm ground for sale. I'm glad I've got 40 acres but I've always wanted to see the country side of England. It looks beautiful on TV. I hear that Britain is loosing anglo-saxon population and is being over run by middle eastern muslims. I thought western society/christian belief with Islam was like electricity and water..it just don't mix. We'll see.

  • Been there done that - English countryside is exciting for about 13 minutes, then ya realize you are soaking wet and the forecast calling for rain for the next 58 days. This is why the English made it a mission to discover the world and fill the tropics. The Arabs got sick of all the dry desert climate and for now are digging on those rolling green moist and muddy hills. Things make sense now? Good.

  • EU update: Amsterdam AEX just closed 8.2% lower... as a result of the 700 bailoutdeal and the Fortis bailout deal (10B)

The crisis is gaining momentum on this side of the Atlantic.

  • You have to look to history and study it to know what is likley to come, and from what I know the dollar WILL undergo hyper inflation, but that doesnt necessarily lead to the amero. And there are millions of these plastic FEMA "coffins", but they may be food storage containers. Dont panic too much, theres too many patriots in your country for any kind of 3rd reich scenario to unfold. Buy silver and gold now though! good luck

  • Honestly, do you really think the US will declare martial law, and start exterminating select citizens at the FEMA camps, RFID chip everyone and tax the hell out of you and bring the dollar down to toilet paper value and form the north american union and the amero? Really? Because if you do, then why havent you left yet?

  • A congressional martial law has already been issued.

    watch?v=BrlQNz31n34

  • You may be correct but does someones inability or refusal to leave make it an impossibility?

  • if you cant leave the usa then is there a region that will be safer

  • The only real "regions" that are gonna be somewhat safe are those in very remote areas of the country. Mountainous regions, forested regions that are remote and not directly accessible by major roadways.

  • thats been prophesied for a long time.. God bless Utah and the mountains here! I'm within walking distance of the mountains..

  • MOT What credence , if any , do you put in the web bots predictions of a "winter of discontent" starting next week ?

  • yes, amazing stuff. A run on Wachovia and a another bank crashes and burns. Thanks for commenting.

  • MOT!!! This looks like the day of reckoning! Bloomberg has the hardest slides before the opening bell that I can ever remember seeing. Wachovia is gonna tank, probably today or tomorrow. Fortis (UK insurer) is almost done too. Citicorp is dropping like a rock. By the looks of things, the bailout won't even make it out before the damage is done. Remember that last week the Fed assisted the Central banks of the world infuse $210 billion dollars into the system. Get ready!!!

  • Interesting news I received...Wachovia's failure is certain. They have been trying to seek out a merger partner, but their positions on ARMs is so heavy -- in excess of 40% -- that will have their assets seized by FDIC. The interesting thing here is that now that the $700 billion handout is certain to pass, a whole wack of banks will announce their failure. Hundreds will declared themselves insolvent just to get a piece of the handout. Only $700 billion? Not by a long shot.

  • Thanks bearmare. Yep, I think it will take a few more soon to be worthless bucks to fix this in the short term.

  • How excessive government killed ancient Rome!

"The heavier the pressure of the state on the upper classes, the more intolerable became the condition of the lower"[...]the fall of Rome was fundamentally due to economic deterioration resulting from excessive taxation, inflation, and over-regulation. Higher and higher taxes failed to raise additional revenues because wealthier taxpayers could evade such taxes while the middle class--and its taxpaying capacity--were exterminated
