  • Even though I use the powerhead mostly, I will still take a bonnet pad over the dirty ones just to make it that much better. I laugh at these people who say steam is better. I have cleaned carpet for over 14 years. 90% with chem dry and less than 6 months with stanley. now im back with chem dry. I can TRUELY say that chem dry is superior with no soap, we dont blow all the dirt and stains down into your padding and we take the time to get the moisture out. I cant believe the comments i see here.

  • @jeff4304

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been in and around it for about 30 years. I've seen a lot and been there for every chem dry upgrade to the system. I can officially tell you and say to everyone else that Chem-Dry is the superior leader in the carpet cleaning industry. Some others are good leaders as well, however CD has the real edge on the process. They've fully excelled at the entire concept of carpet cleaning. Others will try to detract but it wont hurt the system at all.

  • im gonna boost that idea of disconnecting vac hose with long tube. good-shit i like watching old timers work. they work smarter. I have made mods to my rx-20 also to the brake system and jet sizes. 90 psi really why not use a portable. my pumps is 2000psi with RX-20 he i set it to 300 psi min @ 180deg. one hr dry times but 3 hrs cleaning to get the same results as one hour of cleaning at 500 psi plus dry pass with rx-20

  • AT WHAT P.S.I. ARE YOU CLEANING AT GENIUS? WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR 10% LESS WATER STATISTIC FROM? HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE CORNERS ? DID YOU PRE-VAC THE RUG? I GUESS YOUR NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE RX-20/CMX-20, THEY ARE THE SAME MACHINE AS YOU ARE USING. SCARE TACTICS AND BAD MOUTHING WILL GET YOU ALOT OF 1 TIME CUSTOMERS..

  • @cptclnr

Well cptclnr, to answer your questions as to the cleaning system, I'll feel free.

    1. What spi do we clean with? Usually between 90-120 psi. If you're familiar at all with physics it equates to 10% +- depending on circumstances.

    2. How do we clean the corners? 3.5 inch edge tool, every corner and every room edge.

    3. Pre-vac? Every Job is pre-vacuumed.

    4. Do we know the RX/CMX? Yes, however Chem-Dry has several patented upgrades that make it better.

    5. We have the gold seal of aprvl

  • @cptclnr

As to your assertion that we have one time customers. Are you really believing that being in business for 29 years with the largest cleaning franchise in the world, with CRI's gold seal of approval, every major manufacturer of carpet fully endorsed, you really think we work from 1 time customers? You don't even know us so you must either be making a joke or your a total moron.

Just like you think Ms muscle builder will marry you! Good luck chief.

  • So... In your video your claiming Chem-dry is the best over steam cleaners.

You also said your truck mount heats the water to 200 degrees SO aren't you a steam cleaner??? Or do you just turn your water pressure down to 200 lbs.

I'm a steam cleaner JUST like YOU! Come look at my videos @ asap carpet cleaning. I also have 1 hour dry times. You have a RX-20 with chem-drys name on it. I use the same one. Isn't that funny?

  • fine system for cleaning clean carpets

  • chem dry comes out and says "extraction cleaning is the absolute worst thing you can do for your carpet". then they go to extraction cleaning. if this doesnt cut the cake, they also, copy the RX20. what a gay company

  • Pad and Buff process? So in other words, after a hot water extraction using a rotary machine, the carpet is bonnet cleaned?

  • Maybe the video just isn't giving it justice but it's not impressive at all. That much time for that little of a space

  • Wow. That's what my day would be like if my solution pump wasn't working properly. I don't let the water drip when i clean dishes,or my clothes. I certainly wouldn't let it drip cleaning carpet. Otherwise you'll be calling a HWE cleaner to come fix that s---

  • It's all carbonated mineral souloution....Drier.Cleaner.Healthier.®

  • wow is that all you can do with an RX20... must be those "world leading" chemicals.... if that was me with my chemicals that carpet would be brand new looking
