Some of the new Skyscrapers are incredible. London will look as modern as Shibuyu by 2014.. except when you're on street level you can still admire the 19th century banks, museums and pubs.

Dont listen to him because ive been to London and New York and London is gorgeous and is 10x cleaner than New York.

But some of that is ignorance or generalisation, whereas london i've heard varies from one mile to the next (much like england varies quickly in landscape). I've always thought london needed a couple of skyscrapers and these look good.

Wow how long do those crane operators have to stay up there ? Suppose they have to come down to go to the loo.....Enabling works on the "Shard of Glass - London Bridge Tower" is underway!!! London will will then have the tallest building in western europe.

by reputation you must mean history , London is awesome if you ever see some of the old architecture you may change your mind on how a city should look , its Breathtaking , also London is going through a renaissance , the sheer scale of construction , landscaping and urban regeneration going on is mind blowing ,if you like skyscrapers i think there`s about 90 going up over the next 7 or 8 years

I have been to Paris recently and although I like the French I must say London has far over taken Paris, we got the Olympics, we got the financial insitutions and really nice skyline and we don't have the rioting or the ghettos were tens of million of immigrants live.

I like Paris and the French in particular, but London has over taken Paris by miles in the last few years, just look at the amount of ghettos Paris has, something like 10 million people live in them, I think you should look no further than Londons economic success to see how far it has progressed, just take a look at the skyline, especially canary wharf.
