  • looks like a great workout. now i gotta get some motivation to do it. gonna try this summer. the pull up bar one looks even better but might be too advanced for me. most likely run out of breath i need a good cardio

  • thanks for posting, I gave my my copy of P90x to my sister and needed to find the ab ripper routine.

    Try to not bring your legs so far up when doing the V ups and get your lower back up off the ground. That will work you harder

  • @irepbmore this ab workout is the only P90X thing I've heard of/tried. I posted this because it's a good middle-level abs workout, and I thought it would be a bit of background to the pull up bar version that I'm going to upload later this week!
