@jklskater I think it's called the shield of Chorrol. You get it by going to a bar in Skingrad, and get a quest from some guy in it.

@thrall292 The brotherhood all the way there TRAINED Assassins who specialize in killing people, the thieves guild specializes in stealing stuff, soooo I'd think the brotherhood would annihilate the thieves guild before the the next sunrise. there's no debating it, period.

did you check all rooms? it could take a while. theres a archer, a kajiit swordsman and a female spellcaster

Sorry for the late response. Go to the abandoned house and talk to one of your 'subordinates' and ask them to follow you and how they are to follow you. (You may have to wait 24 hours)

You have to finish the Darkbrotherhood quest line. Once you become a Listener you can simpily talk to one of the members and tell him to follow you.

The gaurds, the fighting, the chaseing...good times, until i got bored and couldn't pay the fine and lost 52 blade points along with blunt and heavy armor =( now it's a strick, monster only, boreing life for me...

u realize u could have just picked the cell lock by quicksaving.. and also u can pay off ure debts/fines thru the theives guild.
