  • 30 grand for scubland and desert. You could easily get 15-20 acres of premium fertile soil for that price 500 miles east of there. To each his own I guess

    Not so pricey when you consider the well, septic, and foundation. These things are very pricey here in the valley and could easily account for close to 1/2 the purchase price.

    I don't know this guy, but I do know how much these things cost here in the valley from experience, so just saying.

    Also worth mentioning, Only the strong survive here, the mountains know no mercy or compassion. Winters can hit 50 below 0, and at 7500+ ft. the UV can cook you in 30 min & the airs thin.
