Goldsmith was originally to score Judge Dredd, but scheduling conflicts forced him to leave the project. He composed this cue for the traier. He never wrote an actual score. Alan Silvestre was then hired. Goldsmith was also due to score 'Babe' that year, but the same thing happened again.
This was rejected? I think it was way better than whoever rejected it think it was since it's been used in several commercials since being introduced as a music theme for action!
