i took one of mine a 87' quad sport and made it a monster of a bike man..i roll by alot of 8k machines...lol..painted it all black rebuilt the whole thing..compression release,5 speed manual,reverse..it truly was the quad of its day..just keeps goin and goin and goin..lol..love the fact that it dont need a battery to,cause...if a quad batteries died...the machine died..and i can rebuild it on the trail if need be, with a box mounted with all i need,chain links, to a new magneto..lol..cool vid..

good quads i own one. they also work great as a boat, ive had it floating in water right up to my seat. those motors are real strong, but i think you need to get some valve seals or new rings or clean out the carbon on the valve seats. i just did it to mine and now the thigs has alot of compression.

i got a lt250ef and mine's been through hell and back and i drowned mine about 4 yrs ago in a truck mudbog.. it was floating with water up to the seat. it died in the water and it wouldnt start up again so water went through the exhaust and into the engine and seized it up.
