  • do you capture in police car or where?

  • @100maanko This video was shot from my personal car.

  • That green look scares me. I just studied weather a few years ago, that cloud means "Get Shelter! QUICK! HURRY!!!" Be warned.

  • I've never been through a storm like this, I don't live in a very bad storm place. Its rare to see a storm at my place.

  • :note to self: NEVER LIVE IN OK.

  • that is amazing. ive seen that greenish look in a storm and always know something is crazy is about to happen

  • oh jeeze somthings comin...!

  • great footage, have not seen that color of green in the clouds in many years, it means theres hail a commin'

  • What repeater are you guys on?

  • @Rctrilogy That's WX5OKC on 145.410 mhz.

  • gotta love Oklahoma ;D

  • Nice shelf clouds and thunderstorm :)

  • ...---...---...--- =sos

    :)

  • this is lovely.... i haven't watched a rainstorm in so many years :'(

  • Fantastic High Def video.

  • That thing was a monster. This one is a good reminder of why it's sometimes worth chasing even when the tornado threat is nearly zero.

  • Thank you for not shaking the camera like you were in a 9.0 earthquake. Refreshing these days. :-)

  • @thewhoissuperb24 The morse is from a local ham radio repeater that is tied into the the severe storms center in Norman. Most of the morse is a station marker, WX5OKC/R, or simply WX indicating the repeater is in use by spotters and chasers. Many chasers, myself included, have ham radio licenses so we can communicate with each other and the various weather services that are tied into some of the nets.

  • Uh-oh. There's that characteristic greenish coloring in the clouds, which is a sign of an extremely strong storm - if it's coming right at you, then beware.

  • You guys in OK get all the good storms lol

  • I'd seriously shit my pants if I saw that humongous cloud coming towards me.

  • My car has a lot of dents from this storm. I have video of it from inside the car while it was happening but I am having trouble uploading. My kids were with me and we got caught in it. GOD was watching over us. For several blocks around us there wasn't a car that didn't lose it's windows but mine stayed intact.

  • lol i was on the highway when the storm started.....my poor windshield.....

  • Yep, this is Oklahoma for ya.

  • It's like a huge organism eating.

  • amazing blue as ice! HA!

  • i love the lightning flashes in the storm that is so great!

  • i saw the thing move

  • Thanks for the Video, I was at Britton Rd. Between Pennsylvania and May Avenue. This blew in so quick, it was a case of just seeing a black cloud over the trees out back to the north of the house. Barely five minutes to herd the dog in from the yard. The Hailstones pummeled 5 Koi, 114 large Goldfish in the garden pond out back. A few goldfish survived so it will go on.

  • This is just... BEAUTIFUL!

  • Beautiful gust front !! great video.

  • that was definitely a UFO, possibly aurora. ran straight through the hail storm. most likely to do a test of this "man made" weather crap were doing now. hail storms like this arent natural. dontchya think?

  • Hello from Holland,

    this is a crazy storm.

  • My uncle was trying to save his cars when this hit. i went to Yukon OK in June and saw the damage. it was unblievable

  • This never happens in Las Vegas NV. This is beautiful, it is like the heavens are opening up.

  • gret vid, im in Pa and never seen anything like this, i dont think i ever want to. good job tho, be careful out there

  • nice

  • I was working at the circus one day when a huge hail storm hit and tore holes through the big top, it was so bad the lions were let out of their cages in hopes of saving them but instead they ran off and were never found, I'm afraid they hid up in the woods and will eat campers when they go hiking !

  • Pretty sure its a bug at 1:08

Maybe its just me, but I swear I can hear it buzzing by on the audio as well.

  • Great quality!!

  • you can see clearly the black bird on 0:31 that speeding very fast, and it is not an ufo. and the moving type, looks like the others

  • the thing on 1:08 looks like the same

    on 0:21

    on 0:31 (in black)

    and on 0:46.

and they all looks like a birds.

the camera lose the 3rd dimension, and if the thing pass near you, it can gives you the illusion that was away or the opposite changing the moving speed

  • any1 see that thing flying across the sky at 0:21? O.O just above the lighter clouds

  • epic

  • lol wow get inside before it starts or you will wake up wih a hell of a migrain

  • oh Shit!! What a sky!

  • wall cloud alert!!!!!!

  • hello from greece,

here in my city, many people are farmers and when the hail comes, are picking up aeroplanes to interval the clouds. so never have hail the last years. why they did not do the same? is the storm so big and the planes can not fly?

  • @helenaki8 There have been attempts to "seed" clouds to help make rain but I'm not aware of any efforts to try and stop hail. Many wheat farmers have had their crops damaged by hail this year.

  • @randy946 on saturday 2 times stopped the storm here. ok! it was not so heavy. that is sure. but i think this is not so good. they are change the climate. stopping the storm, they are stopping the rain too. and they do many times. anyway. thanks for your reply

  • @helenaki8: You shouldn't mess with nature because it can make things worse. Tornadoes, tstorms, hail are how the earth cleanses itself.

  • @helenaki8 To my knowledge there has been no possible way to change or prevent hail storms from hitting a certain place the area where you live may have been lucky in the last years.

  • @EmptyWarning no my friend, this is real happen. i saw on tv and i can hear the airplane flying and pass again and again when the weather become heavy cloudy and starting the rain.

and the weather changing in 5 minutes. you can find details on internet if you search on greek sites.

  • @EmptyWarning most places have a softer hail then here in Oklahoma over some peach orchards in Georgia

they fire canon balls in to the storm to help stop the hail nothing will ever work on a storm of that size

  • @helenaki8 Well here in Colorado (USA) We use hail cannons which disrupts the cloud patterns. it works well

  • Collossal.

  • Great shot. The UFO you told me about is a stormchase tour group from another world...lol. I agree it is birds hauling but.

  • @multivortex Birds or insects, all heading away from the storm. Sometimes they're smarter than we are!

  • Yes it sure does look like a hail core. I love the beauty of these storms! Great video!!

  • There are FOUR UFOs in this video! One at 42:-44 from right to left.

Another at 44-46 left to right.

An extremely obvious one from 46-47

And finally, one that materializes at the middle of the screen (very obvious) at 1:08

These aren't bugs or "specks of dust" that's the most retarded thing I've ever heard. Look how fast they're flying, how far away they are, and they look to be at LEAST 300 mph, I'd say more likely 600-900 mph. Also, "bugs" or "birds" don't materialize out of nowhere.

  • @Jackworld100 I agree, there is no other logical explanation

  • @Jackworld100 dude there birds you can see the wings flap on a few of them... much less here them. the only look fast because of the perspective

  • @Jackworld100 The one at 46 is too small to be a ufo... see how its in front of the trees? Ya and the other one is just the same thing

  • that is SCARY!! loL!!!

  • i remember that day there was a tornadoe watch everywhere

  • 0:45 SCARRRRRRRY

  • I would agree with you the thing that goes by at 1:08 looks like a bug. It looked close to the camera. Beautiful storm.

  • I'm insanely afraid of Tornadoes, But I just love weather. You guys are CRAZY, but you gotta love it I guess.

  • @shadowblade145 I am terrified of tornadoes as well. One hit my house last summer and now whenever there's a dark cloud I run to our basement.

  • @ashleydemiselenafan2 Whenever theres just a light cloud cover i start freaking out Hehe

  • This is scary lol.

  • hmm... clouds are amazingly entertaining

  • i love storms

  • Great camera lol

  • Beautiful! So deadly

  • 1:08 is just a bug or a bird zipping by not far from the camera.

  • What cam did you use to film this?

  • @BlissableBuddha Canon HV30

  • @randy946 Thanks for info : )

  • Judging from the inflows into the storm I'd say you're lucky that mesocyclone action right over your head didn't touch down on you. I don't think you realize how close you were to actually experiencing a tornado, up close and personal-style!

  • @tritonrocks You're right. Years ago I learned the hard way to always check my six and the zenith while shooting video like this. One time a dying funnel occupied my attention while a new one started to develop overhead.

  • @tritonrocks It looks more to me like this storm is outflow dominate

  • thank you for at least saying that it's a possibility that it's a UFO. great vid anyway lol. i love storms, but they're starting to get bad =/ not too long ago we had a hail storm with hail about the size of a nail head, and it just came out of nowhere.

  • Amazing storm clouds, incredibile thunderstorm !

  • dude you have a AWESOME camera.

  • I have no idea what it is, but cant be a bug because a bug cant move that fast, 100's of feet in less then a second.

  • Beautiful yet destructive.

  • It looks like a nuke o.o

  • that is amazing. if i saw that storm i would freak out.

  • dang sucks for you

  • Time to break out the picnic blanket and have a meal!

  • That "object" is definitely a bug. At 0:46 you can see one fly in the bottom of the screen and it's shape/color is very similar to the one at 1:08. Might even be the same bug.

  • I remember this storm. 26 tornadoes touched down in oklahoma on this night

  • my sister stay in ok and she came home to arkansas to get away from that storm

  • wow

  • hi what is this

  • @sidahmed07101988 it a web site called Youtube, and this is a video of The hail core of the Oklahoma City storm recorded on May 16, 2010 .

  • @jnthnbush hahahaha that just made my day

  • i live 30 minuets from the Louisiana border, im glad we didnt get any of that, its wierd we usually get alot of bad weather, but everytime they say we are going to get a tornado or really bad weather, it completely skips us and we dont get a drop. wierd year so far

  • nice vid!

  • It was Ironman! lol

  • At around 40-46 seconds there is another "object" that flies across in just about the same area as the one at 1:08. (center-right)..It looks to be a bug. don't know why others call it a UFO...

  • @stallout78 or hail since its hail storm

  • that could be a torr naaa dooo :D

  • Almost surreal.

  • ya that hail sucked. i was there. good thing i live near moore :P haha

  • its arceus! be afraid !! the end is close .. :) not really lol

  • I love the sound on this video. Way too often in weather videos, all we get to hear is the sound of the chasers yelling "Debris!" & "OMG!". Personally, I would rather hear the sounds made by the storm. Good job.

  • That thing people saw as a UFO, looks like a bug flying across the view. Nothing more. But I am glad I was not in the storm

  • it was close to the camera 1.08 i think

  • wtf 1.08 ????????????????????????????????

  • the hell...i can sit outside and watch tornadoes and hail but if i see a cloud thats like 100feet from the ground... thats creepy..

  • the clouds are low ^^

where i used to live we had hail storms, we watch tornados (texas)

where we live now we have tornados but they dont go down only once,

    and hail stroms (iowa)

  • Ya it doesn't do any justice. Omg and :58 I can hear it. Wasn't there like some tornados down south? I lost power during this storm so I didn't know if there was or not.

  • whoa! is that silver surfer?! at 1.08! lol

    =3

  • i saw the object you were stating to be a 'ufo' twice

  • 1:08! look at the center of the screen. is it a rod?

  • what is that right at 1:08?? after the lightning, there seems to be like a shooting star-like thing that flies by.....right from the center of the video..

  • @yangjahia wow no kidding (good eyes) I don't know what it is either!!!

  • @yangjahia lol, that's funny. I thinks it's a bug flying in front of the camera. Good eye though.

  • thats cool men.... old skool....

  • ITs like the end of the world o.o

  • this is just so freaking awesome. that is one thing i miss about that area, we dont get storms like that in alasaa...

  • Man I really do miss weather like that! Don't get that kinda stuff here in Idaho. Guess I better move back to Oklahoma soon haha!

  • These clouds remind me of what happen in Melbourne Australia. Moving quick and low, like getting into position to hail hard

  • damn , i miss this shit , not much weather like that in Kentucky that i know of, but ive only been here about a half year so , i guess i will see

  • are you a ham if your are hello from n2itd/du1

  • All that talk about "it couldn't be a bug" really cracks me up. You guys should go outside more, or at least open your windows once in a while. That way you would know how fast little moths appear to be that fly right past your face.

  • What a sight. It was beautiful, but scared the hell out of me. Alot more than an earthquake does.

  • tell you what. it's beautiful but scary as hell. i'll take an earthquake.

  • reminds me of the terminator movie...crazy stuff

  • does anyone want to explain to me what that flying flying thing is at 2:14

  • @CopperheadViper 0:46 what the heck is that?

  • i see your viedo and want to know if you would be intrested in shooting videos for my artist if so please contact 918-810-7510 or 405 949 0545

  • wow i think god is mad

  • ok ufo? bird? its a dust particul. a piece of cotton or something. thats what it looks like to me. 1:08

  • This is what I imagine an alien invasion would look like... lol

  • was not what someone imagining a storm on a sea to be like would have written; rather, it was written by someone who knew what a storm on the sea was like. This is one example of how the Quran is not tied to certain place and time. Certainly, the scientific ideas expressed in it also do not seem to originate from the desert fourteen centuries ago.

  • Omg...terrifying..

  • at 1:06 that is a flying rod, and yes, they are REAL. Some have even been found already.

  • that "bird" is definitely not a bird. are you people blind?

  • Would you consider this a Supercell?

  • the goes the summon shiva from final fantasy vii

  • The thursday before my school was cancelled because the storm was so bad

  • Amazingly beautiful!

  • after heavy analysis..... i have concluded that it is, in fact a UFO. as i cannot identify it. it is likely to be a seed or bit of trash, as its too fast to be a bird or bug, and unless aliens are tiny, not a spaceship.

  • At 0:19, Its been a while since I've heard a ham radio repeater ID itself. Takes me back to the mid 70s when I held a novice class liscense. Just for fun, I tried to decode it. After listening 20 times, I got WX5SKC, then something that sounded like DN together as one charactor, and then R. Is that code for Downlink, Repeater or something like that?

  • @Nash1a You did well, it's WX5OKC/R That's the local Skywarn ham repeater on 2 meters. The backslash symbol and then the R (/R) signifies a repeater.

  • @randy946 sounds verry intresting. i just wish i could understand what that means lol. btw vids awsome

  • @randy946 A slash? I hadn't seen that charactor. Thanks. Can't believe I mistook an O for an S. Damn! That was one I thought I knew. Better not send out an SOS any time soon.

  • Yeah, too far to be a bug, looks like it passes before the trees. I'm not 100% sure it's not a bird, you can even hear them singing, but I maybe it moves too fast to be a bird, it passes right after a thunder but it doesn't looks like any electromagnetic phenomena I've ever seen, somebody (a scientist perhaps) pointing a laser at the cloud? Don't think so because it dooesn't changes it's size. Also I don't think it's any sort of camera CCD artifact.

    Very weird.

  • Sorry guys that was me in 1:08 dont tell anyone please

  • most likely a bird or cotton pod from a tree, get a grip on your instincts idiots

  • uhhh what ufo lol

  • I can't find UFO. Can u point it out on annotation?

  • U.F.O.O.C Unidentified Fly Object On Camera

  • Lol theres no way in hell that was a bug! It looks like the robot from Wall-e

  • @pandalord112 the white one

  • wow wonder what it was?

  • it would suck to get hit in the balls out there

  • that flying thing is very strange. i dont think a bird would e in the middle of that. maybe a confused at. but it seems to be going very fast. thanks for the footage its a very cool storm

  • wtf was that at 1:06

  • WHATA!! Where, where can't see it!

  • Those clouds r scary. 0_o

  • Awesome I saw it too. I seriously doubt it was a bird though. Since it's unidentifiable we can say its a UFO lol.

  • damn at 1:06 you can see it zoom by super fast after the lighting. That is crazy. Maybe they are controlling it lol?

  • I wish it was a panorama. It would've been so beautiful.

  • I seen the UFO too. Its right after 1:06 as said. Look just right above the lightning flash area. It zooms by very fast from left to right.

  • I don't know how people can live out there knowing a tornado can hit their home at any time. The thought freaks me out. Philly kind of sucks at time but I'll take the heavy rain over a tornado or crazy hail storms any damn day lol.

  • wow, those clouds are beautiful in the beginning. should have got some nice pictures too.

  • @MrTrucker40 I'm pretty sure that it wasn't a bird that went way to fast to be a bird. Besides birds usually don't fly that high during a storm.

  • @kester110 You are right, I stydu this, biards are flying very low, to catch the bugs, cause they are know in advance and hidding very low and birds flyin glow too, to be able to catch them.

  • damn !! the clouds are so close to the ground *_*

  • you kidden me? this is my idea of a beutifull day, that is if it was going to miss my house, if it was going to hit it with hail i wouldnt be too happy tho =/

  • Damn Nature, You Scary!

  • потрясающее зрелище

  • what is amazing is that just on the other side of that cloud ridge it is sunny and clear...these storms roll in really really fast too. We have a saying in North Texas, "If you don't like the weather...just wait 15 minutes and it will change." Oklahoma is right smack in the middle of it all though.

  • @edawg90 We say that in TN too. Well, sort of. We say "just wait 5 minutes" instead of 15.

  • wow... thanx for this, I watched the clouds go over our house about 4 miles away from where you filmed this.... it was awesome and scary at the same time--- Mother Nature at her worst...

  • Haha UFO at 1:06 no doubt with the captain saying let's GTFO of here!

  • So Scary!!!!

  • I'm subbing.
