@MIKEFROSTED Yea i did it a while ago, it came in a kit with a cap and the splitter and fatter power wire with fuses, i installed the cap also, reason being my headlights were jumping, i added a 12 tube + my other 2 12 rockford's, sounds real nice now, thanks for your help man

@MIKEFROSTED i ended up getting a thing for the battery that has fatter power wire and bigger fuses, plus a spliter box so each amp gets its own power instead of jumping power from 1 amp to another, before i did this i was blowing fuses if i cranked it past 17, now i have no problems at all, sounds real good, hey thanks for your help man i appriciate it

few q's im having some problems with the double amp in my car....What watt ratings are the amps and the speakers....and did you use any capasitors or any thing or does it go stright to your battery?

Hey, I just got these Distribution blocks; the stinger ones. I was upset they were 100% Brass. Being that brass is far down the list in being a good conductor. But How do they work for you? do you seem to get good power transfer?

brass is quite a good conductor. cardboard is something thats way down the list on good conductors.

It's like sixth on the list of good metal conductors. So there are six better metals that could have been used. The resistance over copper is substantial. And copper is cheap. Not as cheap as brass though, it's all about cost I guess.

@213krew NO! Type S's blow go with Alpine type R or Type X if you do alpine. Your W1's are better than the Type s's in my opinion.

Hey i got a question? i have a system i installed, i have my amp wired to pump the subs only, i got another amp to pump the 6x9's, my question is can i jump the power and remote off the main amp i have hooked up for the subs or do i need cap or something? thx

You could but it all depends on what your amp is capable of receiving. You shouldn't need a cap. If your amp that is going to power the 6x9s can use the same gauge as your sub amp then just split the remote and power. Ex. Sub amp is 4ga, if the additional amp I have needs power but only accepts 8ga then I would split the 4ga with a fuse splitter to a 8ga.. Good Luck Bro

@espltdm251playa het a distibution block hook you one power line in and it splits it to 2 3 4 6 depeding on what kind you buy

@buickman350 yea i did that i even added a higher watt fuze box on the battery with a fatter wire, i have 3 amps with the splitter and added a cap fore extra juice, 3 subs and 4 6x9"s and tweeters, best part is no more blown fuse's when i crank it past 7 lol, thx 4 the info

Yep, gotta agree with stricktlyJL and popester. Go with only the W6's. Possibly sell the other box ... buy another W6 and 500/1. Then you'd really kick ass. With all that trunk space I'd try an individually sealed box. 1.338 each. I can say that 3 sound great on the 1000/1. Still saving for my 3 500/1's.

more isnt always better take the w3's out and gives each w6 a 500/1. it would look a lot better and be a more professional install.
