Space exploration is the number one priority for making life on earth better, because establishing a space based economy is the single best way of creating an absolute abundance of available resources.
The earths crust contains like 0.001% of all usable resources in the solar system, if we can even tap a fraction of what's floating around out there as asteroids and what not it would create an economic boom the likes of which mankind has never known.
Unfortunatly, the Obama administration has placed the areas under protection of the federal waters act and it will not be availible for use in colonization.
who gives a fuck. nasa is done for so why even bother? Why not find Somalia some water so human beings can live instead of looking for life on other planets who you'd bring here and make slaves out of.
