for those of you who have had this surgery done or plan to, my doctor recommended rinsing with salt water several times a day to speed up recovery and kill bacteria, prevent infection. my mouth top and bottom (gums) healed quite nicely and quickly.

I just recently had gum graft surgery and found this to be hilarious!!! I also have the "retainer thing" on my top teeth and the stitches on the bottom! Unlike this poor lady, I am a question asker! Made me laugh when she says they " scalped" her in her mouth!! I am hungry also.

Paid $1100.00 for one graft in CANADA! Seems like a screwed up racket just to charge people; and i even supplied them with the material.

HOLY MOLY! I fell asleep once with gum in my mouth and when I woke up it was fairly hard, stiff. But I cannot for the life of me imagine gum that had to be removed!
