wait... how did u go off of that ledge that way without making it a seat to seat treyflip? (aka how do u do that without the cranks spinning @ all?)

Pele, it takes practise, but when you jump, be sure to be leaning forwards, but while you are in the air, before you spin the uni, make sure your back foot is still on the crank/pedal, to ensure that the cranks don't spin. Although the treflip is more impressive, a rolling seat in 360 unispin is indeed a harder trick.
