  • @lindaleecasey Thank you!! <3

  • Is it that hard to way things in grams or Kg? Only joking though you should also use full cream milk instead of water. As well try to get a creamy butter. Though your methods are 100% on the money well done.

  • @Roxy4217 Not everybody owns a food scale, whereas everybody is likely to have a cup in the kitchen ;) Plus the most common measuring unit in the US is cups. Thank you for your comment <3

  • @mszeineb Sorry where I live uses the metric system. I assumed every other country was up to par. I dind realise the US was still behind. Sorry

  • @Roxy4217 Every country is different. Nobody is behind. I'll make sure to add the metric measurements in my future videos so that everybody is happy :)

  • i tried croissants et petits pains au chocolat; It was great, very delicious.

  • @faten242 I'm glad you liked it :)

  • cool!

  • Best croissants recipe on youtube!!

  • where did u put the dough to rise tho? in the fridge or room temp?

  • @angizeigto in the fridge.

  • Bravo !! c'est super merci !

  • @lerago38 ;)

  • thank you, it is a very nice .i like it very much?il will try it later.

  • @faten242 thanks ;)

  • Very nice video looks delicious YUM. I have few suggestions to make. when I make my croissant or petit pain I never let the dough rise at room temperature before baking because the colder the dough and the butter inside the dough the fluffier the final result will be. And try brushing them with melted butter insead of eggs, of course if you dont mind the extra calories :). Saying that by no means I am saying your recipe is not delicious but it is something different to try. Thank you :)

  • @zatima thank you for your suggestions! =)

  • Nice video and recipe. Thanks a lot!

  • @marcvidalalsina you're very welcome =)

    Bon Appétit ;)

  • @baptistegdh thanks for the advice :) I appreciate it.

  • @tunspeed les chiens aboient, la caravane passe.

  • R u related to french our france? Coz yr accent when u put out those french words r very accurate. I m living in france so I can judge it good. Good video anyway

  • @lizchong888 yes I do speak french among other languages. I'm glad you liked the recipe =)

  • i was just making these and the butter kept popping out! m so glad i favourited this page coz the flour tip was very useful!!!thanks!!

  • @medaf29 yes adding the flour when the butter sticks out is a good trick ;) I'll do an update recipe video and show you the inside of my croissants =) I don't know the name of the song, sorry about that. I'm glad you liked the recipe.

  • i really liked da recipe but i wud've liked it if u showed us how it looked for da inside. Also wats the music at the start and the end?

  • thank u for help (:

  • When u were cutting the squares/rectangles for the petit pains au chocolat did u roll that square piece out?

  • @lezyboo1201 Hi, when I let the croissants rest for the last 2 hours to let them rise before baking. And yes, it's best to roll out the rectangles and triangles a little before forming the petits pains and croissants to make them even more flaky and crisp on the inside. Hope this helps.

  • Hi i am making these!! But I have a question at the end when you put it the the pan and leave for 2 hrs , it is to rise ? What happens of it doesn't? I rose for the first 2 hours...help

  • This is the best video I've found for making croissants I'm going to make some this Friday! I hope mine turn out that pretty.

    Thanks

  • I will let you know how they turned out. I enjoyed the video, you made it very simple. okay off to make croissants!!!

  • I will let you know how they turned out. I enjoyed the video, you made it very simple.

  • thank you for responding!

  • also, at the end, do you spread the croissants with melted butter? or is that an egg mixture?

  • @nirovoice At the end I brushed the croissants with 1 beaten egg with 2 teaspoons of milk. not butter, sorry for the confusion!!

  • how long do you let the dough sit for each time? and is it just at room temperature?

  • @nirovoice I let the dough rise for 30 minutes each time in the fridge, except for the last time, I let it sit in the fridge overnight.

  • Right to Favorites!!

  • @alandamandamama Thank you Amanda <3
