The song is "Inspiración" but I'm not sure about the orchestra (even if I have 15 different versions). I'm quite sure I've already heard this version with the strange noise at around 0:48'' but when and where?. The violin sounds modern but it's very close to version by Miguel Caló
@mdiarra2@mdiarra2 The "funny noise" you refer to sounds very Piazzolla-esque to me, and since Piazzolla played in Troilo's orchestra and influenced his later concert arrangements, my guess is this is late (60s-era) concert Troilo.
However, it does also sound very much like the Caló version...it could be by the modern Caló-style orchesta Sans Souci.
