In terms of content, just try to make anything interesting and unique that diffirientiates you from the other people doing these kinds of vids. Interviews are obviously something everyone would like to see, well depending on the interviewees. Keep doing what you always do and keep on owning

Film as much as possible. Including you walking through the entrance, get a few seconds of video of many people, especially people who really stand out. People in costumes, people who just look really into it. Another cool thing could be just holding the camera as you explore the whole venue, stopping a couple of seconds at the stages, telling us what stage it is, couple of things going on there, etc. Afterwards, you can cut it so the walking is in fast-motion, if you get what I'm saying..
