    but it's a little bit weird that stretching the muscles is the solution for the hip joint pain !

    can u explain how that works please ?

  • @MrFlyingKicker Stretching improves joint mobility so you can remain active. Exercise induces endorphin release that naturally helps pain. There may be more physiologic benefits, but I thought I'd try to answer what I do know as a nurse, but I'm not a therapist.

  • I am going to do these several times a day. I have an office job and a contoured office chair that I sit in for long hours everyday. I have started having pain in my right hip where the contoured seat comes up on the right side! Makes for a long day. I need an office chair with a FLAT seat.

  • somebody please please help im a gymnast and a dancer and every time in ballet i cant tendu or frappe well i can but it makes me wanna cry cuz its hurts so much it like behind my hip so i guess near my butt and it feels like its the bone

  • great stuff ,,,,i am sure if there is any video for this pain,, this is right back side of the heart,,,right under the bone,,,, i get this pain when i do mountain climbing exercise or when there is shoulder workout involve,, i also get this pain when running some times,,,, when i get this pain,, breathing gets little hard,,, so stop myself, laydown on the floor,,, do some deep breathing and recover from that pain, but os there any excercise to get rid of thos pain,,,,, ???

  • Ok, I Have pain right bellow my stomach on the left side. I cant really bend to my left, Like bending down to tie my shoe . When laying on my back an trying to lift my left leg up it hurts in my front hip erea. Can you help me?? thank you

  • Thanks for the tips. You said if its muscular, I have a problem where my hip pops a lot after exercise. I'm only 25, I wonder if more stretching before hand would help with that?
