i recommend doin exercise every day do calisthetics (push ups, sit ups etc.) doin all muscle groups and get some dumbbells for exercises u cant do calisthetics for e.g. traps, shoulders (i know push ups do shoudler a bit but not good enough) etc. and do cardio too
I had gotten a large gut and tits because of an accident (broken collar and hand) followed by non exercise and sitting on the couch. It took me awhile but I lost over 80# eating healthy and raw where convenient.
Where are the other video's. Did you give up?
