    I play Tennis since Several Years ... and in this time I Developed a Very Nice Grip ... Stronger, rather than Heavy, you know ... I mean that Tennis Develops Fast Punch Kicks, Not Too Heavy

    my question is : you need to be Good Body Fat Level? or just Not Too Heavy Legs? I have them Both Problems ... and I Just Cannot Pull My Body ... it stays on the ground Like A Big Stupid Rock, it get lifted Just A Bit :-( :-(

    any other Reasons? ...

  • @paulknight3 The winning number was 22 reps in Korea, and 32 reps in Ukraine. Have you used Manus Grip? (By the way, you are well-known grip athlete among Korean gripsters!)
