  • so long freight trains! The sound of horn is cool!

  • cool 91 sounds great! hey, looks like my reccomendation helped! told ya combo vids would get you more comments etc ;). keep it up

  • Like those shots over at the bridge

  • Some really nice catches there. The UP GP40-2's would have to be my favorite in that series.

  • Cant even explain how much I love this vid lol. Best of the month to me, good job especially my fav Amtrak and those nice k5las, the bnsf/up trains to. Boy do thos BNSF intermodals fly, I love seeing them fly and hearing those loud horns.

  • Thank you very much, Jeffery! I appreciate it very much. Yep, those intermodals sure do haul out in the countryside. 70 is the speed limit, but I've definitely seen trains pushing the limits before.

  • Oh yea that's how it is here, I don't even see them go slow through the city foreal unless they are about to stop but they come all the way through and push it to the limit outside of the city.

  • Yep, as soon as Amtrak trains get outside of the main downtown area, they really haul. They even haul when they're a couple miles from the main part of the city, coming in. Those engines must have really good brakes.

  • Yep here where I record they do 70mph for about close to a mile lenght then take it slower through the busier areas because the people are crazy here and dont believe that trains can kill people. But Amtrak heading south after they leave the city its 80mph

  • amtrak can also slow down quicker cause they're shorter than freights typically

also theyve got to keep as close to on time as possible, so the engineers wait as long as they can before slowing down.

  • beautiful k5las on the AMTRAK railroad

  • Thanks very much!

  • your welcome its true

  • Love the three SD40-2s they look hella sexy runnin together and that CN had a beast horn

  • Thanks, Josh! SD40-2's sure do make a good sound when they're together. I love the CN K5LLA horns.
