  • Some awesome exercises here - some I've never seen before! Really interesting to see the similarities with Systema ground mobility exercises in some of them. Definitely going to incorporate some of these into my workouts.

  • "compass drill" is just a Granby Roll. Wrestlers use it as well.

  • This can be used by all people who just want to get in shape. It's more complete than Stephan Kesting's "Grappling Drills" & reminds me of "The Original Grappler's Toolbox". I was sad to see that Scott Sonnon changed his program & no longer has that "A to Z" training routine. It's good to see someone bringing that kind of material out again. I also know that your selling all this on a 3 dvd set. Wow ! I am saving my pennies & looking forward to buying your dvd set.

  • I don't even study jiu jitsu (but must start soon). Even having no formal experience with traditional jiu jitsu I can see how this training is valuable for any discipline of martial art. Especially if they haven't felt the wrath of a good grappler...

    Very Very good video... excellent training methods. I could only suggest a sequel video which explains the applications of the movements you practice. Overall... excellent job... keep it up!!!!
