This isn't as impressive as everyone seems to think.. age has very little to do with playing guitar. It's more accurate to judge someone's skill in terms of how long they've been playing. For example this kid has been playing for what- 5 years? This is an appropriate skill level for that, but it's not amazing. Musical instruments are different from other pursuits like weightlifting where being older generally makes you better at them.

Like I said before, it's not age, it's the time spent playing the instrument. Why do you think there are so many 'child prodigies' when it comes to instruments? It's something you can get good at just by practicing, whether you're 5 years or or 25.
