i just recently got a kitten from one of my uncle's friends. his friend had a lil chihuahuah named taco that had found the kitten and was trying to be like a surrogate mother to her.

we named the kitten bengal because she looks like a bengal tiger with her white fur and light brown stripes.

and i love bengal, but right now she's in this stage where she wants to climb everything, including my pants legs, and scratches me in the process. *le ouch*

I'm more of a dog person than a cat person, but my sister's cat Inga is the first and only cat I have ever loved. I have liked cats before, but I have never loved them like I love dogs until Inga. She has had Inga for about eight months and Inga is wonderful. I do wish she wouldn't sit on the newspaper when I'm trying to read it though.

My mom rescued a cat from a terrible owner when I was 4 years old! I got to name her, so of course we called her Kitty. lol. She died when I was 13 and I was surprised at how sad it made me!

I still miss her sometimes =(

I think Pumpkin has been reincarnated! My cat is also a slut. I went to take her in to have her "fixed" only to find out that her ONE midnight rendezvous resulted in her becoming a very young mother!

We now have four little babies...and I may have to keep them all! They are precious!

my current cat killed my old cat by chasing it into the street where it was hit by a car. we then adopted her because she always came to our house. Kitty is 20 years old and i've had her for 15 years since i was 6. she has a really big belly that hangs low and for the past 6 years i've told my friends that it is a sack of dead cat fetuses that were never born. it's one of those stories that is randomly brought up by friends when they introduce me to people so it has become a popular lie.
