There was so much to learn in sound, what when where & how. Home recording is another school altogether.
AD30, nice amp one of my favorites. Also the Victoria 45410, Engl E580, Fender Vibrolux, & Bogner Ecstasy. And my trusy little ADA MP1... though it's more of a Lobster Tail.
amazing orange tone, I have a Rockerverb50, how are you geting that synth sound through your effects???? thats crazy awesome sounding ... Where do you live id love to jam LOL
It does incredibly well. You understand the amps simplicity. So it's core is hearty and that's what I love about it. Pedals no problem. Other effects involve other work-arounds depending if you are live or recording. No real wrong way, hard to go wrong with an AD30, it will produce sweet tones.
I built them with my bassist in his garage using table saws, routers, pinnailers, etc.
They stack atop each other, more 1x or 2x cabs could stack higher because of corners, handles are on sides. Mesa tolex/Fender grillcloth. Dbl'd up 3/4 birch, solid/heavy as hell. Eminence 12" speakers, off side are Jensen P10R waiting for next cab project.
Why would you take such pure tone and louse it up with that processor junk?
That's like taking a $50 steak, and slapping A1 Sauce on it!

Are you running the pedals straight into the amp? The AD30 doesnt have output for effects..How does the Ad30 do with pedals?

May I ask how you do your work arounds with the affects cuz it does sound like you use an effects loop. I'm very curious, it sounds so great.
