1. Never trust a chef that talks about calories.

2. Food looked good. Quantity is enough for an athlete.

3. Looked like a lot of paper and plastic waste products.

4. Why travel first class on train in Inida, when air travel is faster and almost same cost?

5. Who is the reporter? She is cute, but I bet she wears the pants in the family.

6. Is there no dining car? Do you have to eat where you sit and sleep?

@radbcc umm actually this was a 2AC coach,which costs half the money in a plane,u are talking about AC1 and they give quite good food,in AC1,they give u table and cutlery

They feed you a lot in Rajdhani. Just look at the "nashta" (or snack) - laddu, samosa, cookies, juice and more. Then the dinner had soup to start. And dal, chicken, veggies, rice, pulao, roti, yoghurt, etc...

They didn't even do the whole day's meals. There's lunch, which is about the same as the dinner. There's a fairly heavy breakfast and a mid-morning snack too (I think).

Overall, I remember enjoying the meals. Specially considering that it's been prepared for hundreds of clients. High marks!
