    After trial and error-ing, how long did you use this program for before results really showed?

  • In addition to this workout shown here ( do this 3-5 times a week) you should run for as far as you possibly can (really hard-core running, prefferably up a hill with a backpack on with weights in it) untill you REALLY start to feel it. You must not give up running untill you are completely exhausted n u can barely stand up straight. If you do that, in addition to eating lots of protein and avoiding fats and uneccesary sugars n drinking lots of water, YOU WILL become a fucking beast. TRY IT.

  • i can see my abs but i dont want to get really ripped until i have a bigger chest and rest of body. The only problem is that this will that like 4 years im told fffsssssssss.

  • really cool video. I'll try to do it once my summer weights program ends. When you first started, how did you do this? As in, how did you remember it all?

  • @MuteMaverick Thank you for your comment. I just wrote down all the exercises on a sheet of paper and put it on the floor and just went through the exercises.

  • @JsBlaze5 - It took me about a year to get lose my belly and get six pack abs, but that is because I did not know what I was doing when I first started. My diet is fairly simple. I keep sugar to about 15g max per day from all foods. I eat 5-6 meals per day, eating every 3 hours. Each meal has a complex carb, lean protein, and fiber (nothing else). In very short that is the simple version of my diet. I hope this helps.
