no - those cahnnels were allready on the air.
This channel closed down to make way for Dave (Well on freeview anyway because Dave replaced UKTV G2

ABC1 was rubbish before it closed for good i not once watch the channel ever and i must of had Freeview in my bedroom at least for 3 years prior....
