You might also like her unique version of "Habibi Ya Einy" (a popular Arab song). I don't have it on my channel, but you can find her video on YouTube.
Hi can someone help me understand? I thot habibi already mean my love? Why add ana at the back. Even gharami and hayati. Dun really get why they hve to put ana at the back
Hi, i meant to ask why do u hve songs like habibi ana when habibi is sufficient? I hve frens who can only understand classical arabic and they told me tt the's grammatically wrong.
Nice video thanks for uploading but i would translate "Gharami Ana" as "my passion" because Habibi Ana would translate as My Love but it depends how you see it:)
You are right. Thanks. I made mistake. I've changed the title to "My Passion." The subtitles in the video should be "my passion," not "my love." I've noted the correct wording in the "more info" section.
WOW! You brought "NOURHANNE" back to the limelight with this beautiful video!
A++++++++++ for this video! :)
She has a great voice; she has great potentials, and she's also beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing this video with the world, and very importantly the "ENGLISH TRANSLATION" as we've witnessed already; the growing fans of the Lebanese singers are mostly non-Arabic speaking folks.
Thank you. I think Nourhanne is cool. You might also enjoy her unique rendition of "Habibi Ya Einy." She "swaggers" (as you called it) in that video, too.
wait i have a question, are you arab? Or did someone else do the translation? Cuz its really cool when non-arabs can speak arabic, i met this cute paki girl who knew some cuz she lived in SA
No, I am not an Arab. I am an American with no Arab ancestry. For the subtitles on my videos, I have to rely on translations, which I modify and supplement with my meager knowledge of Arabic.

KyraPractor 2 years ago
look, its not used in speech.
its only done that way in music so that the versus make sense.
arabic is a very complicated and complex language. u wont easily understand what im saying unless ur an Arab and speak the language.
sorry for the confusion :S
