If you play guile you know that against balrog if you play aggressively you get smashed. If you watch dagger against other chars there's no turtling at all, in some 3 game matches not one flash kick used unless in a combo.

Ok im a Scrub and don't know what I'm talking about because he plays Guile like every other Guile Ive seen in this type of battle. They're both charge chr sso all they're doing is waiting eachother out. If this was a great fight he wouldn;t have gotten hit with nearly as many of Balrogs blatant charges across the screen.

search dagger_4 Pighadouken , certain match ups you can play more agressively than others. Against balrog is not one of them. Just like your playing against zangief, you just dont play super agressive no matter how many combos are in your arsenal... unless you want to spd to the ground.

@SDSOverfiend if you want to be patient play fucking chess. This whole turtleing bs is just to see whos ADD kicks in first. It's a cheap tactic and always has been in fighting games. I'm not saying I don't get why Guile players need to hang back because of the charging characteristics but Ive seen plenty of Guiles that knew how to balance waiting and being aggressive to a degree.
