Hi,
damn, that looks like a great chili!
I do think it needs a little more salt (i would choose fleur de sel)
and maybe some dark chocolate....
gotta love a good chili..

Nice recipe. Stick in a shot or 2 of techila or some jd and some lime and it will give it a nice kick.
