The amazing thing is that Robin Zander's voice hasn't deteriorated over time. Unlike Elton John or Billy Joel, Robins voice is as strong as ever.

And the reason is because he's always singing,maintaining the strength of his voice like Paul McCartney too.

As a pop singer myself Paul and Robin are the role models to follow,you keep singing,you'll lose a little highend range as the years go by but you can still as you hear maintain your power and control.

Yeah, Ive seen these PBS specials where performers from the 50's are still singing. Alot of performers also ruin their voices with drinking, drugs and hard partying too. Look at Whitney Huston....

Zander's sounds so great on 'If You Want My Love' 2008-powerful focused voice of a man well into his 50's now.

Saw them in the uk supporting motley crue in the eighties, cheap trick should be america's top band underated to be honest, great songs!

just saw them in atlanta , was disappointed they didnt do "she's tight" but they were pretty good, but heart stole the show.
