--sorry it did not all fit but this is part 2--An example in the book is how local municipalities can’t keep up with pension plans for public service and how some cities are filing for bankruptcy.He even goes as far as stating the doom of the municipal bonds market. I thought it is a good book, you may think otherwise.

The book Boomerang is an attempt to dissection of the E.U. into a country by country bases and tries to show how each country in the E.U. is different by the way they spend/spent their money. This book might seem a little racist but it’s funny because it’s somewhat true, but not all the EU countries were in the book. When he gets to the US, he uses California as an example, he show how we are trading the future for the present and how we are breaking the budget.

@fidel5medina why is that? I don't know the man. A friend said he was the best, especially his book Boomerang. What is your take then?
