Rich would have 100% lost to him in pride and arguebly lost this fight (hard to tell, Rich controlled the fight, Wanderlei did more damage). But I do feel Rich would have still fought him, he really wanted a rematch with Anderson and got 1. He faced a hard hitting Henderson before, so i don't feel Rich would be too scared to fight anyone.
